Description of Work: Serviced my garage door opener and tuned up the various mechanical parts. The service was done in a very efficient manner and was explained to me what is required until the next service.

Description of Work: Replaced the spring, tuned up the motor, replaced the rollers. Job done very well, service man very professional and informative.

Description of Work: Bought the roler replacement/tuneup on Angie's list. The rollers were great, but I think this is really just a ploy to give you estimates on new doors/openers/other parts. Ok as I really needed one, but be prepared for an estimate on more work needed (as with most deals on Angie's list). | |Overall service was great and the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. After he left, I found out that he was very rude to my wife while she was trying to get drive around his truck parked in the center of the alley. Not until she got out and informed him that he was working on her/our house did he change his attitude. Prices seemed a bit high. Regardless, I did have the door replaced with another vendor due to the lack of professionalism experienced.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for them to do a garage door tune-up which included replacing the garage door's rollers.

Description of Work: Install new overhead garage door springs, rollers and hardware. |Young man was very professional and polite. He explained everything simply |and completely. Returned the next day to install a bottom seal which he did not have on his truck during the visit (I had not scheduled this in advance). |Very positive experience.

Description of Work: Essentially just changed rollers. Didn't do thorough inspection as stated in purchase agmt,in fact missed the diagnoses of seized pulleys which contributed to further destruction of door and misalignment. Was going to leave after changing out rollers and nothing else. Talked into spraying lube. Tried to sell me new panel. Overall horrible waste of 100 dollars!

Description of Work: Booking was quick and responsive. Arrived on time. Team was not friendly. My wife was not happy that they did not wear booties in the house. Made us feel uncomfortable in our own house due to lack of customer service and overall negative attitude. They did make an effort prior to leaving as they can clearly see I was not happy with their demeanor. However, by that time the negative impression had left its mark.
