Description of Work: The tuned up garage door and replaced rollers. Said my springs were worn , the door was out of line, and something else needed to be replaced (brackets I think). They offered a price of $900, this also included a new garage door opener (which I needed). | |As the garage door was installed just 5 years earlier this concerned me so I called that contractor, and showed they the report provided on my door. He got up on a laddered spent 3 minutes to adjust the industrial springs and the door was aligned. Brackets were fine. He also said they should have tightened the springs as part of the tune up. | |Very disappointed.

I got it, and PRECISION DOOR SERVICE came to my 'rescue'! |Steve went Above and Beyond what he was supposed to do. Explained Everything to me, and how to some preventive maintenance with the door! Description of Work: Service was provided per the coupon but they also repaired the springs on the door because they were broken. They deducted part of the price of the coupon because my rollers did not need replacing. I was pleased with that. When the job was finished I was very pleased and the garage door works beautifully

All's well that goes well.
