Description of Work: I bought the $99 special and he came out and inspected the issue. My garage door wouldn't stay downHDe determined that the cobwebs were tripping the sensor. He told me that my doorparts were not available anymore and if I would need repairs in the future I would need to replace. Since he onlycleaned the web's he said that he would give me a $99 credit towards a new door down the line. He was very professional, what a class act! I would use them again for future purchases.

[Member Name Removed], The big Deal package was for a set of rollers and routine maintenance to your door. After, talking with your tech it was determined that you need a new door. Your tech did not want to put the rollers in because the door was in poor condition and they would not help the door system and you were refunded. Sorry for any inconvenience. Regards, Greg

Description of Work: They did a full replacement of our garage door. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Precision gave us the best price, finished faster than originally expected, took away the old door and left the garage as clean as they found it. Danny was extremely professional and nice to deal with, and made sure we were satisfied, all remotes were working etc. before they left. We have recommended them to anybody who asks, they did a great job.

Description of Work: The serviceman was very knowledgeable and through. Our door needed much more than a tune-up which was what the deal was for. He completely overhauled the door and applied the cost of the deal toward the final cost. He was finished within two hours and the door works great.
