Description of Work: Replaced rollers and balanced garage door. It's just as noisy now as it was before they did their work. The opener is a liftmaster belt whisper model so it is a quite unit.

Description of Work: One of my best experiences with a service provider. We purchased the garage door tune-up and roller replacement big deal. Excellent communication throughout from scheduling appointment to explaining to tech, Glen, our issues. Glen listened, explained what he would be doing,and took over. Let him have at it and an hour later no more squeaky door. Also, replaced one of the springs ($25) and gave me 2 estimates on door replacements.
