I liked the confirmation email with the service engineer's name. The service engineer also called when he was half hour away from the house to let me know he would be arriving. At the time of making the appointment the name of the service engineer assigned to the job was given to me without requesting it. The company does this as a safety protection for the clients.

They offered to come out on Sunday, and came promptly within the promised time. They discussed with me the options for replacing the springs, showed me other things that could be repaired (without pressuring me to repair them). and quickly fixed the problem. I would use them again (but, hopefully won't have to.)

I called about my problem with the broken spring on my garage door at 4pm on a weekday. The woman who answered the phone schedule my appointment for servie the same day and provided a service window between 6-8pm later that evening. I immediately recieved an email confirmation with my service appointment. The service guy called to confirm when he was on the way and gave an estimated arrival time so we knew what was going on. At all times we fully knew what was going on and were informed. The service guy arrived as stated and did a great job of explaining the work performed. All pricing was clearly explained and proffesionaly presented by the service guy. The work was performed very well and professionally. My garage has never been so quiet opening and closing! The service guy couldnt have been more friendly and proffesional. I would highly reccommend them to anyone. I can't really speak on the pricing value but I do know I feel the value was there for the service I received. If you need to get in and out of your garage you cant always be picky but I do know I would call them again in the future based on my experience!

They did great work and have a 10 year guarantee on the work. The door is working good and they were very clean.

One of the torsion springs broke and I couldn't get the garage door open. I called Precision on Sunday, the phone was answered, and an appointment made for the next day. The technician called 30 minutes before arrival and then gave me options for repair. Regular torsion springs or powder coated? Replace wheels or only lubricate? I was given price differences and felt no pressure. I chose to do everything recommended. Everyone was very professional and very pleasant to deal with. Excellent experience!

They came out on Friday morning to get our garage open so we could get our cars out. They were back by Sunday morning with the new door! (We have an odd sized door that could have taken a week to arrive.) They did a great job and our door is working great!

Service technician was efficient and helpful. Offered to install a wall switch for the opener. Pointed out potential structural issues done by installer of previous garage door opener. Would definitely use again and wish I had used them for previous installation.

It went well. They fixed the door the same day that I called and did a quick and professional job. They arrived in the time window that they said they would and cleaned things up afterwords. I would definitely use them again.

They were able to come out within two days. The technician was prompt, courteous & informative. I was able to get the door repaired & added the keypad even though that was not part of the original service call. (They had the part on the truck) I was very pleased with the promptness & work performed.

THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. THEY DELIVERED THE RIGHT DOOR AND THEY HAD IT INSTALLED VERY QUICKLY. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. THE GARAGE DOOR STILL WORKS GREAT.

PRECISION DOORS' SERVICEMAN WAS SO HELPFUL, AND I FELT BOTH RELIEVED AND COMFORTABLE WITH THE WORK THAT HE DID. HE REPLACED SOME SPRINGS THAT COULD HAVE HURT SOMEONE IF THEY BROKE.

Initial service occurred on 3/06/06 the initial technician was excellent. Technician completed repair of frame including replacement of rollers and various parts. In order, to repair the automatic opener, it was reporter that the company needed to order a gear kit a Genie Promax chain glide which would cost approximately an additional $120. The original repairs were $715. Since the original repair Customer has had to follow up with company. Customer has been presented various explanations about the status of oart. Company promised to return calls and generally failed to return calls. On 5/09/o6 it was indicated that the part had come in and repair was scheduled for 5/14/06. On 5/13/06 was contacted by technician that he had checked the part and it was the wrong part and contacted the Genie Company and the part was no longer made and our only recourse was to buy a new opener @ $450. This outcome had been predicted by the customer to the company. Door still doesn't work automatically.

Pleased with original repairman, although he promised to send a full write up but didn't. We liked him so much that we hired the company to repair the other door on a non-emergency basis, and within two weeks, he was gone. The second repairman also did a nice job, but it was disappointing to see such turnover in a short period of time. I was also disappointed that the manager didn't let us know that the serviceman we requested wasn't showing up.

BILL CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE AND DID A THOROUGH JOB OF MEASURING, SINCE OUR GARAGE HAD AN UNUSUAL CONFIGURATION OF VENTS AND INSULATION IN THE WAY OF THE FRAME. HE RETURNED IN 2 WEEKS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF PROPERLY INSTALLING THE NEW DOOR. THE OLD DOOR WAS TIME CONSUMING TO REMOVE AS WELL. WE ARE VERY PLEASED, BILL WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND HARD WORKING.
