My door works better now. He also showed me how to do self maintenance.

Precision Door rep came to the house as scheduled. He stated that the garage doors were old and in poor condition. The existing rollers were a different size than newer rollers and that to replace all the hinges (and rollers) with the newer version would be far too expensive. He recommended that we should start looking for new garage doors. He was very cordial, polite and provided info on new doors. I would use Precision Door again when we decide on purchasing new doors.

It went great. They did a real nice job on the garage door. I had a little problem there and they fixed it. It is very good. I am really happy with that. He came out to do some work and he found something that we were not even aware of and fixed it. I thought that was very good on his part.

Fine. But after purchasing a couple of "deals" on Angie's list, I feel they aren't really deals at all. Stick with using A/L for reviews and ratings, and book your own services without using a "deal" and you'll probably spend a lot less money for the service you actually need performed.

The service provider came out to look at the garage doors and informed me that the special that I bought wouldn't fix the problem with the doors and it would be useless to perform the job.

Great experience. From setting up (and rescheduling) the appointment--to executing the service, everyone at Precision was very professional and accommodating. As I expected, the tech later presented me with a preventative maintenance package--but he put absolutely no pressure on me to buy it!! He gave me a good heads up--not only on what he did, but he pointed out some other things (e.g. rust at the base of the cables) to watch out for. I would definitely use Precision in the future for my garage door needs.

It went okay, but when the technician arrived, he recommended the rebuild package for Angies List customer totalling $399 from $886 a savings of $487. I paid $498 with the $99 Big Deal.

Hud arrived early, which is rare these days. He was very professional in explaining what the service included, and when finished gave me a thorough review of what had been done and what might need attention in the future. It is now 5 months later and we truly appreciate the "quieter" rollers that were installed. The garage door opens smoother now too.

It went alright. I thought it included actually servicing my doors, it just included just replacing rollers on my door. He charged me extra for other stuff, telling me extra but I thought it would make sure that my door is in alignment or stuff like that. I anticipated something different. Basically for the $99, they changed the rollers in my doors. I think there's nothing wrong with the rollers that I had. I just thought it was something more, making sure my door was functioning properly and everything. The responsiveness was good. The person who came was okay. I would use them depending on what they wanted done but I wouldn't use them for what they came out for me for.

Greg came and did my garage door tune-up. He arrived on time. He explained how my garage door system worked and the various components of it, and pointed out the parts that may need replacing in the future. Nice guy, good company. I would use them again.

I purchased the $99 deal from this company for tune up and roll replacement. I spent another $150 for replacing a new high tension spring and $50 for a new remote control. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service, very professional, thought I believe the price can go a little lower, maybe $50. The total material cost is around 100-150. The labor cost is around 150-200. The technician spent 3 hours there. The average rate per hour is about $50-70.

didn't try The technician arrived on time and spent about an hour working on two doors. He recommended adding silicon to the moving parts twice a year. He was upfront and honest about the condition of the door and didn't hard sell me. However, his explanation of the condition of the doors made sense.

They replaced the rollers and put my garage door back on track. They were punctual, explanatory, polite, and professional.

It went quite well. I was really happy with the service. The man who came out just did what he was supposed to do. He added the parts that were needed and lubricated the door. I was satisfied. He also put new rollers in which were much quieter than the ones that I had in. So far, I have not had any problems with the door. He did the service on the date that it was scheduled and the price of the big deal was good.

garage door was very noisy and was not operating smoothly. greg addressed those issues and told me what to do to keep the door operating properly. he was courteous, professional and thorough. will use him again

It was amazing service! They come on time, and diagnosed my problem but figured changing the roller will not resolve my issue so they suggested me to refund this coupon but simply pay them 45 dollars for the replacement of the part I need.

Hud fixed several things that my developer had installed incorrectly and was informative (upon request) re: other products and services and pricing, i.e. he did not oversell. I will likely have entire system replaced next year and will use Precision.

Slightly moved track to straighten at my request and replaced rollers and pulleys. Okay, I had to make an adjustment to decrease vibration after they left. Thought the price of the pulleys was very high.

The gentleman replaced my rollers and fixed the door so it no longer fell to the ground with a "bang" when closing. He did an excellent job, was very professional and I will definitely use this company every year for my tuneup.

It went very well. Scott called before he arrived and then arrived when he said he would. He was professional , friendly and very knowledgeable of the door workings. He completed all the work in a very timely manner and explained everything he did . I was very pleased with his work.
