It went exceptionally well. Office eMailed photo of service guy. Adam called to confirm appointment and called when he was on the way. He was prompt and very clear on what he was doing and recommended silicone lube to keep door running smoothly. He replaced the rollers, lubed the hinges and springs. Tested everything. Door is running smoothly again.

The rollers were replaced and are quieter. They suggested the spring be replaced, but I am holding off on that for a bit.

Glenn did a great job. He came out on a Tuesday afternoon for the inspection. There was a broken spring which I hadn't noticed until he pointed it out. He offered to replace the spring right then for $280 or do a rebuild (both springs, the roller, and all the other parts except the panel and the motor) for $599 total. This is the first time there has been a repair for 9 years on the door, and the other spring could last another week or another year. He was patient while I decided and didn't push, which I really appreciated. He came back on Thursday afternoon and completed the job. I wasn't there and he took payment over the phone after the work was inspected a few hours later, which was also nice. Very happy with the job. The price was a bit more than I expected to pay but is still fair, and the technician was a bit later on the first day than I had anticipated. However, he called and let me know, which I appreciated.

My experience was excellent. They were on time, professional, and they explained all the special features. They took away the old door and cleaned up afterwards. Steve had a trainee with him, and Steve was very professional and went straight to work. He helped explain things when the trainee had questions. He deserves the recognition for doing the job well.

The technician arrived on time on 5-3-15. He spoke to my dad and it didn't go well. My dad said that was rude and seemed to have an attitude when he drove up. The tech left and didn't do anything. So, I called him and left a voice mail message on his phone. I was angry and made sure that he could tell in my message. After a somewhat heated exchange we decided that he would at least give us a new motor for the garage and we would have them back to install a new door. He came back, installed the new motor but the garage door still would not go all the way up. My dad suggested that the rail could be raised a inch or so more and that's when the shouting started. This tech didn't appreciate my dad making any suggestions about how to do his work and didn't try to hide it. My dad told him that he should at least move the railing up a little more and that would probably work. The tech yelled at my dad, my dad yelled back and I got into the argument. My dad is a senior citizen and this tech should have been able to get past a senior making suggestions, that is just what they do. The tech felt that my dad was "beating up on him" The tech finally did what my dad suggested and now the garage door is going up and down with ease. I use Angie's List quite a bit and I will continue to use it because I've gotten some very good deals and very good service. But this occurrence has me very upset. I have used several contractors over that last 28 years that we have had our home and never ever have I experienced a tech with an attitude as this person. I see that this company has a great rating and I hope that no one else experiences what we did... But I WILL NOT use them again. There was nothing negative. It was a satisfactory work and it improved the operation of the door. That was for a rental property and the tenant said it was okay. I think they were professional. They were on-time. The work was satisfactory. It is still working so I think they did a good job in servicing the door and improving the operation of the door. I do not think I spent more than the $99 Big Deal; that is all I did. They came out within a couple of weeks, not more than two weeks, after I purchased the Big Deal. It was short-time there after because the door was sluggish and the people wanted it fixed as soon as possible.

The technitian adjusted the garage door but told me that my rollers were really old and acted like he didn't want to try to adjust or replace them so I told him to forget it. After he left I felt like he really should have attempted to replace them since that's what I paid for. The door is still making noise so I think it's probably the rollers.

Purchase a coupon through angies list for 2 garage door tune-ups. Technician came out 2 days later during the window of time they said they would be out. Doors work much quieter and smoother than before. If I ever have problems with either door in the future I would definitely use the company again.

The service was fine. The came out to do one job, and the door broke after they were out here, so they came out a second time. They were prompt and did a good job.

Good overall visit. Did everything expected and educating about the garage door was great, so we can help keep it in good shape. They we easy to get a hold of and schedule, would use them again in the future.

I did online research on Precision and other companies. I decided on Precision, not for just the sale but because, of the reviews and the videos online. I am a Senior, I have to be careful regarding contractors and the quality of service. I had done my research, so I called the same day. To my surprise Precision gave me an appointment for the same day. I was thankful to see it was not just a sales pitch the rollers were included. I believe I saved between $200-$300. I am very satisfied with the service. I most definitely recommend this service.

He replaced the rollers, adjusted the tension in chain, lubricated all the moving parts and made recommendations for changing motor.

Easy to schedule, very friendly, arrived on time, and performed the roller replacement using the deal from angieslist. They did a complementary inspection, and adjusted the sensors and closed position free of charge. I was pleased that they gave me an estimate on when my spring would fail.

They were here on the time they said they would be here. The service turned out great! They replaced all the rollers on the garage door, including the wheels and bearings. They lubricated everything and adjusted the automatic garage door openers. The cost included all the new parts and rollers so there were no extra costs. The doors work a lot better!

It went well only thing is the roller was not chnaged.

It went fine. They were good. I noticed a noise that wasn't there prior to the work. When I called them about it, they said it would be $65.00 just for them to come take look.

It was very good. They came right away after I scheduled. It didn’t take very long for them to complete the work. After they were done, the garage door worked like butter. The technician was nice and down-to-earth.
