Very friendly and would recommend.
Description of Work: I called them out to investigate problems with my garage door. (it was very noisy and it was not opening/closing smoothly) They arrived on time as advertised and quickly pointed out what was wrong with the door. They even came back a couple days later to put better springs in since he didn't have them on hand the first time they came out.

Bad. They never came as promised.
Description of Work: Called for the company to come out on a Friday. Was told they could send someone the next day between 3pm and 7pm. I would have liked someone to come sooner (as our cars were stuck in the garage), but this was acceptable. The next day they called and left a message at 11am that the technician had come by. Unfortunately, we weren't there to answer the call. I called the company back soon after (about an hour) and made sure they were still coming at the agreed upon time. Were assured they were. I also left a message on the technician's cell phone. No response. You probably know what happened next. I left another message for the technician later in the day, but got no response. They never came back.
