We had an excellent experience with White Rabbit. The sales representatives were extremely professional and gave me a design that accurately addressed my needs. The installers were punctual and tidy. I would definitely recommend White Rabbit to anyone looking for this type of work!

White rabbit's ideas for shelving and cabinets (both open and closed shelves) not only organized us but enabled us to park two cars in the garage for the first time in years. white rabbit's plans for our spaces worked perfectly, the workmen were neat and the quality of materials excellent. They came when promised and did the job neatly and professionally. i remember looking at the garage on thanksgiving with both of our cars parked in it, all "our stuff" stowed in cabinets and bins and being really thankful for white rabbit's work. i should add that most of our materials stored are heavy boxes of books and the shelves are sturdy enough to handle the load with no sign of wear. we are anticipating using them again to organize our bedroom storage.

They were really helpful. They were clean and professional. They came when they said they would. They cleaned up afterward. They completed the task on time.

First their rep came and evaluated what would be best for my space. She blended what specifics I knew I wanted and suggested wonderful additions that I didn't even know I could have. Then she made a sketch of exactly what the things would look like and provided prices. After approving the plan, they ordered the materials. The installation was efficient and they completely cleaned up after they were done. They even provided labels for the cubbies. She explained what would be involved with the epoxy floor and when they did it, once again they came when expected and cleaned up thoroughly.

We highly recommend White Rabbit. The work was well done and finished on time, and the materials used were very high quality. Everyone we dealt with at White Rabbit was professional and friendly.

The communication with the company was easy. When they arrived for the initial meeting, they proposed several ideas I had not thought about that made the use of my space even better than I had imagined. They measured, gave me my choice of materials and did not push me beyond what I wanted. We arranged for an installation date and they arrived on time. The job was finished to my total satisfaction.

I got several quotes and I liked their flooring better. They were going to use a different material than the others. I haven’t done the project yet.

I liked how helpful the salesman was in coming up with a design. The product is good but it is on the pricey side. I would say to monitor when they are installing things. They sent out an installer and he didn’t check with us before he put it in and it wasn’t exactly where we wanted it.

They were very professional and had some great ideas. I just decided not to go forward with the project.

I contacted White Rabbit to give me an estimate on covering a 4 car garage floor. Richard (owner) was punctual and did a nice job of explaining the process as well as explaining the difference between polyurea and epoxy. I ultimately went with another company as use of epoxy was significantly less expensive (about 60% of the cost of polyurea) and also carried a lifetime warranty.

It went just fine, I give them high ratings, and I will use them in the future again if needed.

It turned out beautifully. The owner came early but he called ahead to notify us that he was in the neighborhood. He took time to go through different color combinations, he explained how the material worked, and he told us the different steps they would go through.

White Rabbit was terrific to work with from start to finish. My newly organized garage looks great. They also did my garage floor with epoxy and it looks fabulous! I would recommend White Rabbit to everyone.

We live in Old Town where storage space is at a premium. We wanted to free up a spare bedroom we were using for storage. The only space we had available was in our garage. Sally Schulman came to our house and took measurements. She designed a plan to optimize the potential storage space we had in the garage. We ended up installing five ceiling racks including one with a crank for heavier items. We were able to empty the spare bedroom and had plenty of storage space left over for future needs. The two man crew that installed our shelving were very professional. Our neighbors were so impressed that they decided to use White Rabbit as well.

The people working for White Rabbit could not have been more customer focused. Everyone from their sales person who came to my home to the people who installed the floor. I work full time and needed them to come out to give us an estimate during off hours -- they were very accommodating. They listened to my needs and developed a quote was comprehensive and accurate. On the day of the installation, they showed up on time and finished quickly. And the floor is terrific! It fixed all of the problems I needed fixed. I'm thrilled to be going into winter without concerns about further deterioration in my garage.

I have children so I needed bins, bike racks and storage for outdoor toys (balls, mitts, etc). We had a place for fire wood and tools. There were cabinets for lots of extras that were not able to fit in the house...paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc. There were designated spots for golf clubs, tennis rackets, etc. At the last minute we decided to have our floor redone so that we weren't looking at normal concrete. Our garage looked as good as the inside of our home.

We had problems on our end scheduling and they were extremely kind about rescheduling. They were very flexible. They went above and beyond. They carried extra items down to the basement for me. They were so good we are going to have them back.

They were alright and they showed up on time. We decided not to use them.

An accurate estimate was made to accomplish our storage goals. We were completely satisfied.

It went great. They sent out a design consultant to help with design and give us an estimate. She was very professional and informative. We were able to schedule an install date right then. They came out to install in 2 weeks and sent 2 guys to do the job. They finished the job in a few hours and cleaned everthing up. They even gave us a stuffed white rabbit in a black hat for our 2 young kids! I have already recommended them to someone else and will continue to do so. They were very professional and efficient.

We could not have been happier with White Rabbit. The designer came out quickly (and was on time!), listened to what we needed and designed a solution that was perfect for our needs. We did our research before buying, and White Rabbit clearly provided the best product, the best design and (by far) the best customer service. Their professionalism was second to none. The installation could not have gone more smoothly. They arrived on time and finished their work in the timeframe they promised. I would highly recommend them. Thank you, White Rabbit!
