I had somebody years ago to my garage floor it didn’t last and they did not come back out to address the situation. I happen to be driving and saw a Van from White rabbit so I called the number and immediately was put in touch with the owner Gary. We set up an appointment he came out right away and it started off them doing two projects for me. That led me to have them install slat walls in my garage and having custom workbench is made. Everybody from the crew that came out to the people in the office to the owners were excellent to work with. I’ve Since pass their name to friends and I would definitely use them again great company to work with

the grew cancelled the appointment several times for various reasons. the floor looks **** with uneven coating. in several spots looks like the final coating was not applied. difficult to work with

Crew arrived on time, very friendly and informative. Provided information during each step of the process for me and the job was completed the same day and looks AWESOME!

They never returned my calls or email inquiry or followed up on the lead. If they aren't responsive to me before the project, I doubt they would be responsive once they start.

John and Anthony were fantastic - got here exactly on time as promised - finished early, helped me move items. very professional. They did a fantastic job - I am very pleased with the job and want to show off my new garage floor to everyone.

Would highly recommend the guys from White Rabbit. They did a great job redoing the floor and storage in our garage. The initial appointment to measure and select finishes was very informative and the installers showed up right on time to get the work done, and were very pleasant and professional. Our floors look amazing compared to the old concrete we used to have, and they're so easy to keep clean now. Also really happy to have all the Monkey Bars storage units installed - all of our junk is finally up off the floor and it's much easier to get in and out of our cars. It took the installation crew just a couple of hours to get the storage installed, and about a day for the floor from start to finish.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. My new floor looks amazing and I have so much room with the new overhead racks they installed.

Great service. Responsive and worked with our schedule to complete the project professionally. Eric and crew were very helpful with understanding repairs and application process. Looks fantastic and comforting to know it's eco-safe product. We plan on repeating this on an apron and concrete curb in the spring.

I called White Rabbit, as they did our basement floor several years ago, and we were very satisfied with the work. Their rep, Eric Fields (who said he is part owner) came and did an evaluation and wrote a quote. He said he would formalize the quote and e-mail it to me. After not hearing from him for 5 days, I called the office. The lady that answered said she would have him call me. He never did. If there was some issue, call, e-mail, or snail mail me. To just cease communications is totally unprofessional, and quite frankly - rude. Mr. Fields said the company changed ownership a few years ago. If this is how the new owners conduct business, I'm glad I found out now, rather than after the job was done.

My garage floor was coated with the epoxy like finish back in January and the garage floor looks great and am very pleased with the work. Just one comment, I have a concreate driveway and the workmen got some of the epoxy top coating on the drive way and is impossible to remove. I called White Rabbit about how to clean the driveway twice but although the manager said he would contact the supplier about how to clean up the spillage spots I never got a return call, I am done with them, the garage floor came out good but disappointed with the cleanup.

They were very good. They were always very attentive. They made a couple trips out. They made two trips out. One to totally explain the process and the actual trip to do the work. They answered all of our questions very well so they were very easy to do business with. I think it was maybe about $4000, something like that. They were on time every time we called them.

The legs on my full Cabinets failed. That made the Cabinets sag and come off the wall they were anchored. White Rabbit came out today and fixed the issue. They installed reinforced legs on the Cabinets and re-anchored the Cabinets on the wall. White Rabbit guaranteed their work and they stood by their promise.

The garage floor looks great. The 2 guys that did the work were very good.

Poor communication and damaged our drive. We hired White Rabbit to patch an area of the concrete on our garage floor and apply a coating. During our consultation the sales person told us that patching the area we needed fixed wouldn’t be a problem. The installers were an hour late on the day of the job and the patch, along with about a 2.5 foot strip of the asphalt on our drive, pulled up the night after they left. They also laid down the wrong color coating. It took several back and forth calls, texts, and emails to get someone scheduled to come out and fix the damage. We were told not to worry that they were confident they knew why it happened, that the new fix would hold, and it wouldn’t be noticeable. On the second visit the original installer came back and dug out the area of the floor and the asphalt that had pulled up. The second attempt at patching wasn’t uniform, extended out way farther then needed, and was very noticeable. It also started to pull up again the next day. After more back and forth they sent someone else out to take a look. The person they sent out the third time was more knowledgable and told us that a patch after the coating has been laid down will always show and they shouldn’t have told us otherwise. He made arrangements to come out the next day, buff the floor down, fix the patch again, apply the right color seal, and patch the asphalt. The floor held this time, but dips down lower where the patch is. We have to watch for water pooling in the area when we get heavy rain. It’s not ideal, but something we'll have to live with. The asphalt patch never hardened, started to flake off around the edges, and turned green. This concerned us and we tried getting someone out from White Rabbit again to look at it or give us advice on what to do, but they began dodging us and even told us that they weren’t asphalt people and that the asphalt damage was preexisting. We couldn’t believe this reaction considering that we had been very patient throughout the whole ordeal, it was obvious that the damage was a result of their work, and they applied the asphalt patch, so we assumed they would know about the product they were using . They told us they were trying to figure out what the problem was and would get back to us, which they never did. We tried contacting the office to speak with a manager and also never heard back. In the end we had to seek out an answer on our own and spend additional money to resolve. Very disappointing especially considering they were almost double in price compared to other quotes we had gotten.

He was professional, punctual, thorough, and provided an estimate during the visit. He followed up on the visit in a timely manner. The whole process of scheduling the estimate was very easy. Ultimately we did not go with this company because of budget limitations. However, if we had a bigger budget, I would have chosen this company. Thank you, Austin and White Rabbit! On time, quickly and good quality job.

Richard spent much time with us helping to figure out the best way to organize our garage and which of his products would be the most effective. I am so pleased with the outcome and several months later it still is all working the way it should. That is the true test to me. The shelves themselves are very sturdy and much taller than what we could have gotten by ourselves at a local hardware store. I cannot say enough about how well the product was installed. The shelves are very sturdy and solid. We need to use our garage for storage and a make-shift mudroom. It is better than I could have anticipated and worth every penny. If you are looking for quality this is it. As I said in the beginning of this review, Richard was very attentive to figuring out the layout. It is practical and beautiful. Now I am proud of the way our garage looks and could almost entertain in there if we needed the space.

Good personal attention from Richard in planning and scheduling the work. The two workers were punctual, pleasant and polite. A problem with the cabinet installation occurred but was fixed promptly.

We had scheduled this work for a month earlier, but had to postpone due to a more urgent home issue. They were very understanding and rescheduled without any problem. The workers were prompt, pleasant and efficient.

Everything went just as planned. Richard met with us and explained everything. Two workmen came and did the work over two days' time. We were able to walk on the floor on the third day and drive the cars on the floor on the fourth day. The floor looks beautiful. This was one of the most pleasant home improvement service experiences we have ever had.

White Rabbit did a a great job. Sally contacted us right away and came over to our house. She walked us through options, gave us ideas, and talked about White Rabbit's approach. We had some last minute scheduling changes and they accommodated without a fuss. The workers were great - very polite and cleaned up afterwards. While researching on Angie's List, I recall reading a review that the workers weren't willing to help move things. I did not find that to be the case. They helped move some last minute, heavy items, and also were proactive in trying to cover things outside with tarps when it started raining. Overall, great job! We're very happy with the service and product!

We were looking to better organize our garage. We called White Rabbit based on positive Angie's List reviews. Our initial consultation with Sally was very smooth. She showed up on time, asked lots of questions and talked us through several ideas based on our needs (both present and future). It only took her a few minutes to survey everything in our garage, take a few measurements and start to devise some plans. She gave us several options but ultimately let us decide on a final plan. We never felt pressured to spend anymore than we wanted. We ended up purchasing a 4 shelf system for our garage. Installation only took a couple hours, and was a smooth process as well. Overall, we are highly satisfied with our new garage shelving and we already feel more organized. We would certainly recommend White Rabbit to anyone looking for professional organizational expertise.

It went very well. They came out to my new house in Fox River Grove on May 18, 2014 and gave me the estimate for the work (which was $3254). (NOTE: This was for a 2-car garage.) At the time, they were booked solid through the end of June-- so my appointment to actually have the work done was for June 30, 2014. They came on June 30, 2014 and did the work and charged me the exact amount of the estimate. The garage floor looks beautiful. I'm very pleased with it. Since I was so pleased with the work, I chose to have White Rabbit also do the garage floor at my townhouse in Vernon Hills before I put it up for sale. (That garage is a 1-car garage.) I also had that garage floor covered with the polyurea coating (color; Flake- Saddle Tan). They charged $1800 for that one. They did it in September of 2014. All in all, I was very pleased with White Rabbit because they came on time on the day they were supposed to do the work, finished in one day, and charged me the amount which they originally quoted. (And the garage floors at both my new house in Fox River Grove and my Townhouse in Vernon Hills look beautiful.) NOTE: How I found White Rabbit: While visiting my brother at his house in Western Springs, I noticed how beautiful his garage floor looked and I asked him who had done it. He told me that it was White Rabbit and he recommended them to me.

She has so much energy and didn't leave until she was satisfied with the work. I really loved her style.
