I highly recommend this company. They provided a free, detailed plan to reorganize my garage, workroom and utility room. They have a great eye for organizational design. They provided complete pricing for the whole job with no hidden or added costs. The service and workmanship was excellent.

It was a fabulous experience. They came on time, finished on time, did a beautiful job and cleaned up. We contacted them several times with questions before the job was done, and the response time was also excellent. We had a minor issue (found a small clump of product stuck to the floor) the next day so contacted them. They responded same day and corrected our issue the following week, again arriving on time. Liked them so much we are having them back to take a look at organizing our garage.

They showed up on time and worked very hard. They cleaned up after themselves and the product is in good shape.

Everything went very smoothly and was trouble-free. We were completely satisfied. Everything was finished in 2 days.

White Rabbit is a reputable company and they did a fine job. I found them to be on the expensive side, and if I were to do it over again I would have hired a closet company to install the cabinets to get a more homey, quality feel to the space. The quality and style of cabinets belong more in a workroom or garage than a bedroom. The garage shelving is great. Loves how it hangs from the ceiling and doesn't take up floor space. They installed two bike racks as well--racks that are identical to the $10 one I got from Amazon but was too lazy to install myself.

My house has limited options available for storage. I called White Rabbit, and Sally came out to help us think through our options. I very much appreciated White Rabbit's approach - review the desires of the homeowner to come up with a plan sure to satisfy. We were presented with many options, and we ultimately chose a combination of lockers/cabinets, pegboard, and ceiling shelving for our garage. White Rabbit was always extremely professional and punctual. The work was performed according to the schedule and was of excellent quality. I would absolutely recommend using White Rabbit.

Richard was very prompt and exactly on time for the appointment. We are in the process of remodeling our garage with new drywall, insulation and floor. We wanted to organize the space with shelving and storage solutions and invited White Rabbit to give us an estimate and suggestions. Richard first looked at the garage floor and gave an estimate of $3,750 to place a "Polyurea Floor Coating" to properly repair the concrete. He next gave us drawings and an estimate of $3,136 to place storage cabinets against the walls for our tools and items to be stored. When we asked to see a color and sample of the storage cabinet he could not provide anything to show us except for pictures on his iPad. When we asked why the storage cabinets had no backs to seal them, he said the cabinets use our drywall for the backs, however the backs could be provided at an extra charge. We were concerned that if the drywall was not perfectly level then there would be an opening in the cabinet against the drywall and small items could easily fall through the cracks. By the way, cabinet doors are an extra charge as well. Anyway, Richard provided a very nice presentation and drawing of his proposal, and spent a good two hours with us. He said he would call back the next day and would provide a 10% discount if we placed an order. Richard never called back and we never heard a follow up from White Rabbit. We decided to purchase our storage solution from another place of business.

It went well. THe system was delivered and installed on schedule. Workmen were polite and respectful of keeping the space neat, and cleaning up after the installation. The materials are extremely strong and durable -- much "heftier" than comperable shelving i had looked at in large hardware stores. Plus customizing the system helped me make the most of the space I had. I am enjoying having a place to store my "Costco" inventory and cleaning supplies that I keep in the basement. It is neat, organized and easy to access - no more searching and losing things I thought I had but could not find in a messy pile. Makes my basement a much friendlier, efficient space that is much more pleasant to be in.

I have very little storage in my house, so I wanted to utilize the space in the garage. I called White Rabbit, and Sally came over to take a look. She listened to my ideas and concerns about my space, and she came up with a plan to turn my garage around. The whole team were very professional and efficient, going above and beyond to make sure things were how I wanted them. I would highly recommend them, and I am delighted with the results.

During their peak season, we needed our garage floor coated in a very short timeframe. White Rabbit accommodated us by not only getting the job done on time, but the quality of the installation was excellent. The estimate/interview process was great. I was provided with great ideas that I hadn't thought of. The presentation was neat and comfortable. The installers were punctual. They put in 3 huge cabinets with shelves and bins, a shelf for outdoor furniture cushion storage, bicycle storage, two large pegboards and a fold-down work shelf.cleanup was good. I did a "nail check" in the garage and on the approach and found 3 screws which is why cleanup was good but not excellent.

They were equally committed to ensuring we were happy with both the process of working with them as we'll as the final product. We were evaluating our options for covering the floor in our laundry room after the devastating floods in Chicago last Spring. When we decided to use epoxy flooring we realized we had made the best decision. If water comes in again, all we have to do is wipe it down. We originally had linoleum tiles and they can't handle the water. At any rate, White Rabbit did a great job and the floor looks beautiful. Very responsive to our needs and professional work done throughout.

Their crew was prompt, knowledgeable and neat. Their preparation before the repairs were made was exceptionable. They repaired and installed the floor in two days as promised. I was very happy with the fact that their installation crew works for the company as employees and they are not sub-contractors. There flooring system solved my existing concrete problems without having to remove my complete floor. Additionally, the finished floor looks "showroom" quality and it has a lifetime guarantee.

My husband is a tool hoarder - has everything under the sun. He is also very handy so we heated the garage and had White Rabbit install a complete system in over half of the garage which includes cabinets, drawers, bins, work bench as well as wall organizers for all his hanging tools. It was done in white cabinetry which is very modern looking and keeps everything neat and organized,

They came out immediately after our call and gave us a plan for all of the storage we needed in our garage and gave us a quote for the garage floor. Even though we thought we needed more cabinets than were in the plan, he told us to wait until everything was installed and put away to see if we needed anything else--we didn't. Everything went extremely well from the response time to the actual work. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
