They were very good. The follow-up was good. He arrived on time. The estimate was done quickly He came out late at night, when we needed him to. He was very professional and did a very quick installation. I had called for an estimate and they came out the next day. They were very quick.

We moved into current house last year. The house is old and the cement garage floor is under terrible conditions: not only there are cracks and pits here and there, but also the cement powders keep coming off the surface. Last winter the powders blended with snow/ice/oil brought in by cars and formed dirty mud here and there for the whole winter. In early Nov, I signed the contract with White Rabbit and scheduled the repair on 12/1. Then I went out of country. After getting back I had bad cough and was not able to move things out of garage for White Rabbit staff to perform the work. I called and request an extension of the service. Sally on the other end of the line offered that they move things out and back into the garage and made it possible that the repair be done on time! During the service, an abnormal thing happened with the old concrete and they had to redo some surface areas. But they decided to redo the ENTIRE surface, just to make sure the entire surface look EXACTLY the same! This expected incident (not their fault) caused two more days of work but they completed the entire work at the original cost. After service, they helped us move all things back into the garage ? things were better organized than before! Oh, by the way, after they moved things out, they put them neatly on the hard ground of my backyard and tightly covered the entire things with tarps, not only to protect bad weather, but also make my backyard look much better during these few days. It?s been a week since the work was completed and the surface totally changed my garage from a forbidden dirty area to part of my indoor area! I can put more things into the garage and enter the garage from inside the house with my slippers on without worrying about getting dirty. Without their help moving things out and back in, I would have never been able to enjoy such pleasant environment for this upcoming winter! Also, throughout the process, starting from the first interaction to completion of the project, I can strongly feel their professionalism and caring for their customers. I am totally satisfied with their work and happy for my decision to choose the White Rabbit! Oh, one more thing ? they left the paperwork at my door with a small gift ? a white rabbit in a black magic hat! My eight year old daughter likes it so much that she brought it with her to school the next day! How considerate this company is! Thank you, White Rabbit!

I had a garage floor covering put in by a company that left the market. Unfortunately, it was done improperly and it needed to be revised. This company was outstanding from beginning to end. They are unbelievably responsive and helpful. They are very professional. The Schulman's evaluated the job, helped me organize a new floor with the manufacturer, and sent a wonderful crew who did excellent work. I cannot say enough about this company. I would use them again 100 times. They are the best company that I have ever dealt with. Great people. Outstanding service. Outstanding quality of work.

The crew assigned to my Garage project showed up right on time and were both very professional and accommodating. There were a few problems the day of the installation with our expectations of the products being used BUT very importantly they empower the people doing the work to make decisions and adjustments to meet the client needs which was extremely important ... our installer was fantastic and when we were concerned about a particular situation he listened to our concerns and he understood our expectations. He came up with a solution and he adjusted the installation to meet our needs.

Sally was our main contact - she was great! She showed up on time for the estimate appointment, and went through all of the details. It was a low-pressure sale, and she was professional. Because of the weather, our original Saturday appointment got cancelled. To my surprise and delight, Sally arranged to have the crew do the job on Sunday instead! The two guys that showed up got right to work and were meticulous. They pointed out one area that they thought might be a problem, but they ended up making it work. After the work was complete, the team dropped off a packet of information, including a stuffed white rabbit that Sally had arranged for my kids. It was a nice gesture! We've lived with the product now for about 6 months, and it has been great. My project car is leaking oil profusely, but it just wipes up off the surface. It always looks clean, and the part on the apron outside of the garage door hasn't aged any differently than the part inside the garage. I will definitely consider them when I redo my basement workshop.

Sally came in on Monday, asked some questions to understand my needs, explained what her company does, and recommended solutions. She was very easy to talk to, I could have sat and chatted with her the rest of the day. Being the founder of her company, she is obviously very knowledgeable of their products and assisted me in making several decisions. I happened to mention that I don't have a mud room and would have liked a step-up platform from the garage. She offered to build one for a nominal fee. By Friday, I have a row of cabinets, a makeshift "mud room", shoe cabinet, and a place to hang brooms and mops. The installer was prompt, professional, and did a great job. Do not expect them to clean your garage, but they installed the cabinets flawlessly.

Sally came to assess the situation and give us an estimate. She was very thorough and lovely to work with. She took the time to connect with us on our garage needs, but also as a person. I always appreciate that....The workers showed up on time; handled all our belongs with care; worked diligently through the day; and delivered outstanding results. The floor is amazing! The only reason I gave a "B" on price is because it is an expensive undertaking, particularly with the polyurea product vs epoxy. That doesn't mean that White Rabbit didn't provide us with fair/reasonable pricing. It's just that finishing a garage floor with this type of product is expensive. I would definitely call White Rabbit again and recommend them to anyone looking for excellent guidance on garage organization and repair.

Sally from White Rabbit came to the house and discussed how we intended to use the garage and walked around the garage with us and took measurements. Then with our input, she designed a wall of cabinets with a work bench, peg boards for hanging tools, and bench for sitting down to remove and put on shoes with shelves for shoe storage. She sketched out the design and dimensions in about 15 minutes at our dinner table while we looked through a big binder full of completed project photos. She let us know what the price differences would be for choosing different options such as having door fronts vs. open shelves. She gave us a quote once the drawing was complete and we scheduled when to have the work done. She e-mailed the contract and official quote quickly. I was impressed with how she answered my questions, promptly provided answers when I called her cell phone, provided references, etc. even after the contract was signed. A gentleman from White Rabbit and his assistant from came to the house on May 22, 2014 as scheduled and completed the work in one day. They cleaned up after themselves, vacuuming up about 98% of the dust from drilling holes for the cabinetry, etc. The cabinets look beautiful, hold a lot of weight, and have adjustable shelves. I have containers of kitty litter and salt for the winter snow stored on the lowest shelf in one of the cabinets, and the weight does not appear to be a problem. Prior to White Rabbit our garage organization system consisted of two old wooden shelves, 2 repurposed kitchen cabinets, and stacking things on the floor. Sally?s design took into account the types of things we store in the garage, our need for shoe storage, and left space to store our 2 rolling garbage cans inside the garage. She also included a simple wall-mounted hose reel for our heaviest hose and ladder hooks to keep our ladder mounted horizontally along the wall. This is a huge difference that makes walking around the garage and finding what we need a lot easier. Plus, we finally have a place to store our shoes since we don?t have a mudroom inside. And the simple peg boards are space saving and practical.

The entire project went perfectly! We had been overwhelmed at the mere thought of reorganizing our messy garage. The White Rabbit staff recommended an excellent layout plan and, after installation, helped us put everything away where it belonged. The agreed upon timetable was met, the work was done professionally and quickly for a fair price, and we are extremely happy with the results.

It went great. The work was efficient, neat, and done on a timely basis. We could now fit two cars in our two car garage for the first time in years. The better storage in the storage room in the house further gave us order out of chaos. I appreciate the heavy duty shelves which handle volumes of books. I wrote about white rabbit some time ago but a recent job change brought numerous boxes home from our place of employment. Because of the work done by white rabbit 4 years ago we were able to keep everything brought into the house in a retrievable and organized fashion.

The guys that showed up were very professional. They did an excellent job. I also picked them because they have a lifetime warranty.

Not only did they do a wonderful job with their coating of the garage and breezeway stairs and walls, they recommended a wonderful concrete company to come in first and put in a badly needed new garage floor. When White Rabbit started their work, they were prompt, professional, and very polite. I would highly recommend them. I only wish I had done this treatment much sooner.

White Rabbit's service was excellent. They did everything and more then they promised. Very professional, always on time and even worked on a holiday. We ordered special gray cabinets which look great. Sally also took care of a POD for storage and their team helped me with some equipment that I couldn't move myself. The hardware on the cabinets is heavy duty and is something that I would have selected on my own. I had looked at other companies but their flooring was such that it did not cover the entire floor including the area just beyond where the garage door closes. With White Rabbit my garage looks complete from one end to the other. My garage is so terrific that I could add a couch and TV. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful job with top of the line service. What a pleasure to have a company provide what they promise.

Everything was great! They exceeded our expectations for the service, quality of the product, and installation. We are very happy! From the minute they came out to introduce themselves (which was done by Sally the owner--she was great) to the installers you sent to our house, your company was professional and friendly. They even worked out a payment plan to accommodate our tight finances! I also like their lifetime warranty on their products. The only negative was some scheduling issues but overall, I am very happy!

The owner responded promptly to our inquiry about installation of a new garage floor and addition of new cabinets in our garage. She came to our home within a week, talked to us extensively about what we were looking to do in the garage, made useful suggestions, provided a proposed design/drawing and an immediate quote. The installers began work within two weeks, helped us clean out the garage, removed an old epoxy floor, installed a beautiful new polyurea "floor system" in two days. They then installed two new peg boards and two large cabinets in the garage (to match the four cabinets and one pegboard they previously installed about five years ago). We are very happy with the quality of the work, courtesy and professionalism of the owner and installers. Not inexpensive, but worth it to us - we love the polyurea floor and the garage looks great - and is much better organized.

White Rabbit was extremely professional and courteous from the initial phone call and in-home consultation to the actual installation process. Sally from White Rabbit is wonderful to deal with - very friendly and knowledgeable. She came up with a great design plan for our garage - she had ideas that I never would have thought of. The company always showed up exactly on time and the installers were great. Again, very professional and friendly. The garage looks amazing - beyond our expectations. We have storage space for EVERYTHING!! Extra coats, extra shoes, tools, etc... I have even moved all of my larger kitchen bowls, my stand mixer, crockpot, etc... out there now and I have gained order in my kitchen again because my cabinets are no longer so crowded! The flooring is fabulous - looks and feels great. I even had them add pegboard to my laundry room wall. I hung wrapping paper and gift bags in there along with my broom, etc... It is fantastic!! If you are looking for someone to organize your garage - seriously, look no further - White Rabbit is excellent!

She even emailed me information on where to get some storage materials at a reduced price! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and business associates.
