Description of Work: Provided a bid on applying epoxy on my garage floor. Salesman seemed more anxious to tell me what he couldn't do than to provide customer service. He refused to patch a deeper hole in the concrete (which two other bidders were glad to do) for example and even put it in the bid that they wouldn't come unless I patched the concrete myself. Went with Broadleaf for much lower price and agreement to everything I asked for.

Description of Work: They sealed very bad cracks in my garage floor and put a finish over it. It went extremely well. I cannot say enough about the integrity of this company. They left some storage shelves outside and it rained. Without my asking they said they would replace the shelving, which they did with haste.

Description of Work: White Rabbit provided a floor coating system in my 2-car attached garage. |I was very impressed with the crew doing the work and continue to be very happy with the installation quality and appearance. The type of material they used allowed them to do the floor area outside of the garage (the apron) in cold weather. This differentiated them from other companies. They were stlightly higher in cost, but, in my opinion, well worth it. A+.

He took measurements and recommended materials needed. Dates of installation were set and service was provided promptly on those dates. The results were excellent.
Description of Work: An epoxy floor, a peg board for hanging tools and cabinets for storage were installed.

+ -1 moreWe were very pleased. They have really good customer service skills--they came for an estimate, the owner came out to evaluate the work, and they even followed up with a phone call. Their work itself was excellent, and although we did not receive other estimates, their prices seemed reasonable for the quality of work completed. We have used them in the past and have always been very happy with them.
Description of Work: They enclosed part of the area under the stairs for wine storage, and also built a base cabinet.

I was not especially impressed with her design expertise, but not because she did not try to be helpful. She did give a couple of good suggestions, but the price was rather high for what was offered, in my opinion. I sense that their work would be good and they would stand behind it and I am as yet undecided if we will go another way or use White Rabbit.
Description of Work: Gave an estimate and written schematic for organizing the garage so we could park two cars there. The estimate is free. ($1350.)

THEY DID NOT TRY TO SELL US AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF SHELVING, AND TOLD US IF - AFTER WE HAD THE INITIAL WORK DONE - WE FELT WE NEEDED MORE, THEY WOULD COME BACK. BUT THEY WERE ON THE MONEY, AND THE AMOUNT OF SHELVING WE PURCHASED WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH. THE WORKMEN COMPLETED THE WORK IN ONE DAY, AND WHITE RABBIT FOLLOWED UP WITH US TO ENSURE WE WERE SATISFIED.
