They did way more than I was expecting and they were polite and helpful. We had to do a lot of jockeying of vehicles before they could start and they were very easy going and helpful in their suggestions. I've never had a tree service do such a good clean up.

They swept and ground everything up and hauled it away. They finished the job in about 2 hours and handled everything well. I was impressed with their work.

Called in July for estimate. He came out same day and left detailed written quote with business card. I wanted to use someone local in my town. He actually discouraged trimming the tree until the first freeze, or after November 1 because of Bronze Birch borer infestation risk. Came out November 24 as part of his Winter trimming schedule. Had to call in early November as I was concerned they didn't get my signed approval on quote. Came home and was very impressed with thorough trimming, no mess, no branches left.

Pretty straight-forward, I called and set up a delivery time, and they brought out a dump truck full of wood. The logs are split nicely, and stacked up well.

I was quite impressed with their customer service. We noticed the tree laying against another of our older trees around 9am. My husband called Top Notch and they came out to give us an estimate around 11am on the same day. My biggest concern was that the tree was only being supported by its canopy as it was laying on the other tree and I felt that it could fall at any time and crush our fence and shed. Top Notch agreed and promised to try to make it back the same day if the weather cooperated. We left for a couple of hours around 3:30pm and when we returned at 5pm the job was done!! I couldn't even tell they had been here other than the tree was missing. They were able to remove it without damaging anything else and considering that the tree was sandwiched between a garage, fence and neighbor's garage I was quite impressed!

They delivered exactly what they said they would when they said they would deliver it. The wood is dry and burns great.

Great experience. They worked efficiently and cleaned up before they left. Pricing was excellent and service was excellent. Another quote came in at 2X theirs.

WE CALLED AND THEY GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE. WE HAD RECEIVED A FEW ESTIMATES AND THEY WERE THE BEST. WE HIRED THEM. THEY TOOK DOWN 1 BLACK CHERRY TREE AND THEY GROUND THE STUMP AND FILLED THE HOLE WITH THE STUMP GRINDINGS. THEY THEN CUT THE LOGS TO FIRE WOOD LENGTH AND CLEANED UP NICELY BEFORE THEY LEFT.

Top Notch gave me same-day service on the estimate, which is faster than they said! They left a written estimate for the tree and stump removal plus some other requested information about trimming some other trees in my yard. After I accepted their bid (which was $50 less than another top-rated tree service) they came out and did the work in a little over a week. The job only took a little over half an hour. They cleaned up all the debris and left a pile of mulch where the stump had been. I couldn't be happier with their service. Bill was great!

I calle Top Notch on Monday 7:45am, explained my situation and was told Bill would come by that afternoon to give me an estimate. Was told he would call when on his way. He called me at Noon to say he couldn't do the work that day and I explained I wasn't expecting that, only wanted an estimate. He said he might get by that day or, if not, the next. He came by the next day and gave me his estimate....very nice guy. Said his crew was busy taking care of downed trees from the storm and it would be at least a week before he could get to me. His estimate was slightly higher than another service so I didn't use his company.

Top Notch is very convenient you do not have to take time off work to be present for any part of it. The estimator came out during the day and left the estimate. I had a question about the work and they simply resolved that by the estimator going out to the house and calling me at work so he can see what I was asking. The work was completed and everything looks great. The estimator made a multiplication error with the number of trees, but they still only charged me what the estimate was for. I think this company is perfect for the working family.

The Arbor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions satisfactorily. They completed the work within the estimated time. I did not expect a couple of wheelbarrows-full of mulch would be left behind, however I did use it in the garden. No twigs or leaves were left behind and there was no damage to the lawn.

WE HAD SCHEDULED THEM TO COME FOR AN ESTIMATE BEFORE THANKSGIVING, BUT DUE TO A SCHEDULING SNAFU THEY DID NOT COME UNTIL THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. THEY MADE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE UP FOR THAT, AND THE TREE WAS DOWN BEFORE WE KNEW IT. EXCELLENT SERVICE, AND WE WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. WORK CREW WAS TIMELY AND CLEANED UP WELL. WORK WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, AND I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED BOTH TIMES.

THE TREES WERE IN A DIFFICULT LOCATION. THE REMOVAL WAS DONE WITHOUT DAMAGE TO SURROUNDING TREES OR TO THE GRASS BELOW. NO HEAVY EQUIPMENT WAS BROUGHT ACROSS THE LAWN. THE YARD WAS NICELY CLEANED UPON COMPLETION OF THE JOB AND THE WORKERS WERE ADEQUATE IN NUMBER, CLEAN, AND INDUSTRIOUS. THE JOB WAS STARTED AT ABOUT 9AM AND COMPLETED, WITH ALL CLEANUP, BY EARLY AFTERNOON. AN EXCELLENT COMPANY - GOOD WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
