Great. Promised delivery within two days and after to calling to confirm no problems with delivering a day early did so. Delivery and stacking where instructed was done quickly and professionally.

5 stars is not enough. I have had very good luck over the years with other companies. That's before I walked my property with Bill and reviewed their work when they were done. Bill gave me excellent advice about what trees could wait for future trimming and what should be done now. He could have recommended more but was simply honest in his assessment. The work they did on my trees and removal was amazing. Their wasn't one spec of tree left. You couldn't tell the stump had been taken out.... perfectly level. They also did mulch work for me. Again, a perfect job, not one piece of stray mulch anywhere else in the yard. I can't say enough about their pride of work and excellent customer service.

This was a great experience. After leaving the initial voice mail, they called back within a couple of hours. The same day, they came out to take a look at the job. They were pleasant and professional. On the day of trimming, they were prompt. Somehow, they managed to make the ugly tree in the front of the house look great, and brought a lot more light into our home. Same with the back tree. On the 3rd tree, they took down the branch we requested which was hanging very low at no charge. They cleaned up, and everything looked great when they were finished. I love these guys!

Great selection of white, red, black oak. Dry and ready to burn. Price including delivery was very competitive. Quantity was as promised and included 25 extra pieces as an Angie's list member. Polite and courteous, on time, called before to confirm.. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!

He came out personally and reviewed our entire lot. We have about 50 tress and he reviewed them all. He explained which ones needed work. He had whole crew out here. They did excellent work. I interviewed two other companies and Top Notch was the best.

Top Notch removed 2 trees from back yard and ground stumps. They did a great time letting me know when they would come, and were helpful and patient adjusting schedule and working around a moving van on the street the day of the move. The crew was fast and professional and the results were great!

As always, they work with my schedule, Bill delivered a truckload when promised and dumped it perfectly on the driveway. Always a pleasure doing business with them

We called Top Notch on Thursday and they delivered 7 yards of their organic mulch on Saturday. We ordered from them because they don't add paints or chemicals to their mulch. We use this because we have a pet that is sensitive to yard chemicals. They showed up on time and we love the way the mulch looks in our yard,

I was impressed with Bill. I called him on 02/19/2017 (a Sunday) and he responded immediately. He was out on my property the next morning and provided me with a detailed estimate. Bill was very professional and honest. I did not have work done due to other unforeseen expenses but I would have proceeded with project if I could have.

Bill responded to my call and quickly came to the house to discuss the work I wanted done and gave a very reasonable estimate. He was helpful in helping me decide which trees needed to be removed. The work was done on a sunny day about 3 weeks later. The day before, Bill came by with the job foreman to discuss the job to be done. On the work day, the crew worked very quickly removing and cutting the trees and removing all the branches and wood. They were careful around the property and left the yard all cleaned up. A very positive experience.

Bill came out quickly and inspected it. He advised me on course of action. Followed his plan and tree is starting to come around HIGHLY recommend Top Notch and Bill! Will be the only company I use

I ordered firewood and it was delivered the next day. Bill returned my initial call quickly, and was easy to get in touch with when I needed to change the delivery time. He off-loaded the wood where it wouldn't block the driveway. The wood appears well-seasoned and should burn well. The only reason I gave a B for quality is that about 10 pieces of wood are punky and won't burn well.

The work went as scheduled. We have used Top Notch over the years. The owner Bill Marrs might not be there when the works starts but he always stops by to make sure everything is to your liking. His crew does an excellent job in both preparing the area to be worked at and cleaning up after the work is done. Bill and his crew take pride in the work they do.

Bill was friendly, responsive, punctual, and very knowledgeable. His crew was punctual, polite, worked competently and neatly, and cleaned up meticulously. Phone calls were returned promptly, and estimates were completed very professionally and thoroughly. Follow-through on permits, etc. was timely. Original scheduling was 4 weeks out, and turned out to be accurate to-the-day! A second visit was scheduled later to trim oak trees, and I received a phone call the week and night before to confirm. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service! Top-Notch quoted the middle price of the three bids I received, but the level of knowledge and professionalism were by far the best! I highly recommend this business and will definitely use again if needed.

Bill showed up on time to give me an estimate. He provided a quote immediately. A couple days before beginning the work, he came by with the crew supervisor to explain some of the nuances of the project. They were able to answer all of our questions. Also, Bill was great at explaining and showing me the issues he saw and problems with some of the trees. The job took 2 full days with a crew of 5. According to Bill the crew has been together for 10 years and it shows. It was like watching a professional basketball team where everyone knows just what to do. They also demonstrated a culture of safety which is so important. We'll be doing phase 2 next year and I will call Bill right away. This was a lot of work. The price was fair (my husband said this is the best money we've spent on the house), the service was top-notch, and we're delighted.

Bill provided an estimate for the work to be performed on the trees around my home. He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of trees and how to care for them.. Bill adjusted the estimate as I changed the scope of work. He was flexible in working around my schedule. He arranged for the underground utilities to be marked. Bill personnaly visited the work site with the crew forman a few days before the work was performed. The work crew arrived on the day we prearranged. It was extreemly hot and humid. They performed all the work as promised. Their cleanup of the work area was excellent. I am very pleased with all aspects of the work performed. Top Notch provides Top Notch service.

It went just as promised!!!! His estimate was less than other quality insured providers. They performed the work within 2 weeks and removed trees, ground the stumps and completely cleaned the area. They were there most of a day and did a great job!!!! I will use them for my other tree trimming/removal needs in the future.

Bill was wonderful to work with. He called right away and was out within a couple days for an estimate. He put me on his schedule and performed the work within the window he gave me. He and his crew were professional and did an outstanding job. Cleaned the yard so well, not a speck of wood was left behind. I will be calling this company in future for any tree trimming needs

Bill returned my call same day, and came out to give me a quote within 24 hours. Originally quoted me a couple of weeks out to cut the tree down and grind the stump, but he said that he may be able to squeeze the job in on Friday the 30th. Bill called me on the morning of the 30th to say that they would, in fact, be able to do the job on the 30th. His crew arrived late morning and got right to it. They raked the yard and swept the sidewalk and street as they went along, and In less than an hours time the tree was gone, and the stump was ground up. The stump grinds they left me provided some nice mulch, which I used around my bushes the next day. The bottom line is they were prompt. professional, affordable, and efficient. My yard was in such great shape when they left, you could hardly tell they were there. Wish I had more trees to cut down, because I would certainly use Top Notch again.

I met with Bill the owner and explained what I needed done, he explained the process to me and gave me a quote on the spot. His price was very reasonable. He said it would be about 2 weeks before he could start, depending on the weather but he actually was able to start a few days sooner. He sent a crew of 4 guys and they finished the huge job in about 1 1/2 days. They were very good at what they do and when they were finished they cleaned up so well it was hard to tell anyone was there, except for the fact I now have so much sunshine and open space in my backyard. I can now say I got a guy for any future tree services.

Bill was great. came by the property several times before the job to check out the soil to make sure it is ok to start. rain delayed us few times but at the first available day after he did the job and did it great. price was very competative. i would highly reccomend.
