Perfection! It was easy to schedule an estimate. Confirmation of the appointment was strong. The e-mail had an Outlook Calendar attachment, so one click got it into my calendar. The technician was punctual. I had my own spare tiles from original construction of the bathroom floor, so matching tile colors to replace the broken ones was not an issue. Still, I expected to be able to see repair lines, but the repair is invisible! The secret was staining, sealing, and sanding the grout in the entire floor. It now looks perfect because all the grout matches. You cannot see the repair, no matter how hard you try! I got fantastic value for my money ($275.00). Naturally, I had to put a nice tip on top of that. I would use Grout Experts again.

Kevin Ferrara, the owner, provided us a quote for the work on June 29. I contacted him by phone to schedule the work. Since he was in the car at the time, he instructed me to go to the website and schedule it online for Saturday, 7/14. I did and set it up for 11:30 AM. I received an email confirmation for the appointment shortly afterwards. A few days later, I received a phone message from them stating that they were following up to see if I wanted to do the work that was quoted on 6/29. I immediately called them back and reminded them that I already scheduled the work. I spoke to Kevin who said that he remembered speaking to me. He apologized for the confusion and said that he just needed to confirm with his technician that the work could still be done on Saturday. I asked him to call me if he wanted to reschedule the work for another day. Again, I received an email on 7/10 confirming that the work would be done on the scheduled day. The email did not list a time, but stated that he would call the day before to let us know what time the technician would arrive. When we did not receive a call, I assumed it would be done at the pre-appointed time of 11:30. On that morning, I had scheduled a showing with my real estate agent with a potential buyer for 9:30 AM, thinking there would not be a conflict. At 8:30, the technician called to say he was standing outside our locked gate to do the work. My wife answered the phone and told him that we had a showing of the house and that the work was scheduled for 11:30. The technician said he'd call Kevin to find out how to proceed. Kevin called back and yelled at my wife saying that, "I am not going to pay my technician time and a half to sit outside your house until 11:30!" My wife told him that if that is the case, we do not want the work done and hung up. I feel that the sloppy way the scheduling occurred and the way that the owner handled the situation was unprofessional and I would not recommend this business to anyone who feels that they should be treated with respect when they schedule any service.

We had our grout on our marble floors fixed, and the technician (A.J) that came out and did the work did an amazing job. He was very nice, clean, and his work was fantastic. I would definitely use him, and the company again.

Both the estimate appointment and the work itself was scheduled in a timely manner and to my convenience. The tile looks terrific, I am totally happy with the work that was done. The technician was professional and courteous. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Kevin came and gave an honest assessment of how to best clean the grout. He recommended a steam cleaning rather than their usual grout cleaner b/c there is so much grout with small tiles. They did a nice job getting the shower quite clean. They also did a small amount of tile repair using tiles I had already.

Sonny the workmen did a great job. Went out of his way to get caulk color exact. Looks brand new and no mess left behind.

From the first phone call through the estimate through the work, this team was exceptional in its professionalism and accessibility. They assessed our needs, made a clear proposal, and did the work as proposed and as scheduled. The two-person team was on time, did a great job, and cleaned up well.

Service provided was excellent, punctual, & professional. Service team well represented the company. Used them about 6 - 8 yrs ago for same thing & was glad to use them again. Glad they are still in business. Only company I would use. Trust them 100%.

When we called for an estimate, they were very timely in sending someone out. The price was reasonable compared to other estimates we had received. I waited about 5 months to call and have someone come out to do the work and they honored the pricing on the estimate. They were able to fit me into their schedule based on my availability. The contractor, Frank Anderson, was very friendly, thorough and arrived on time (time slot was between 8:30-9:30, he came right at 9am). He walked me through what he was going to do and didn't seem bothered when I kept checking in to the bathroom (I'm a little OCD). He scraped out the loose grout completely and scraped the "good" grout down enough so that he could put new grout over top of everything. He also removed all the old caulking completely (which was a chore because, I will admit, I did a HORRIBLE job caulking the tub before). He cleaned all the tiles and got them sparkling again. Then he regrouted and recaulked everything. The whole job took about 7 hours total (9-4ish) and he cleaned up everything when he was done. I am really impressed with how everything looks. It looks new again and I can't wait to take a bath in my nice, clean tub. As a side note, this was a MUCH cheaper option to removing all the tiles and putting in new ones. Our tiles were in good condition, but the grouting and caulking were not in great shape. When we got estimates for putting in new tiles, the cost was about 3x what it cost to redo the grouting/caulking. This was a great option for us!

Grout Experts did an outstanding job. The turned our dirty stained grout into a new looking floor. They even altered the color of our grout in the sealing process to better match our decor. I would definitely recommend them!

My grout was cracking and had paint on the floor. Grout Experts fixed the issue and my floor looks brand new. The price was great and I would definitely recommend them, as well as call them again for future work.

Grout was spattered on my kitchen drapes. Grout was left on several tiles in the kitchen. The marble fireplace work is in question. Not sure how the chip in the floor tile happened. Noticed this after they fixed the other issues. The basic resealing of grout in the kitchen is good but I feel the color is too light for the tile They did send another worker to clean up the drapes and the grout left on tiles, who even re-grouted my kitchen sink at no cost.

The 2 guys who did the work were great and did a very good job. My issues are with scheduling and communication. Original estimate & scheduling were fine. But I was never told that there needed to be 2 seperate workers (1 for the cleaning, 1 for the repairs) to do the work and the 2nd worker was not scheduled when the date of service was setup. After the grout was cleaned, it took several days and multiple calls/text messages (with limited response) to get the grout repair scheduled. Prior to the repair work being done, I was sent an Invoice that not only included the uncompleted repair work, but also including grout sealing/staining which we had agreed would not be done. I also got several calls within days of the work being completed asking about payment when the invoice clearly mentioned a check could be mailed and I had mentioned to the last worker I would send a check in.

Very well. The workers came on two separate Fridays to do the job. The old caulk and grout was cracked--behind the toilet, along the bathtub and shower in one bathroom, and around the door and bathtub in the other.. It looks so much better now. One worker was better at explaining what he was doing than the other, but both worked fast and left the job site clean. The price for repairing caulk and grout in two bathrooms was definitely higher than a handyman for the work but in something as intricate as grout work (and having used this company before), I'd rather pay a little more for quality. The specific work from the invoice was for bathroom 1: recaulk shower/tub, recaulk around room, fix tub and caulk around corner; for bathroom 2, it was to recaulk shower and around room, clean and seal shower grout, and clean stain seal floor grout. I consider it money well spent.
