Grout Expert

Started on the wrong shower on the first visit, missed dozen grout lines on the first visits, very sloppy and rushed. 2nd main shower visit: Dirty hand print on the on the bedroom wall, left door open while working grout dust all over the bedroom. Sloppy work. Shower floor grout left 72 hours after completed and flaked all off with the touch of water. Never again. Now I have to fix their mistakes myself, which is what I should have done in the first place. Estimator will like to talk though.

The service was horrible. There was stain and color seal all over our tiles, not in the grout lines and there was caulk just thrown in clumps all along the joints. We had the estimator return and he was horrified by the job their tech had done so rescheduled their “best tech” to come redo the job. The day he was supposed to arrive he was 3 hours late with no call or anything to say he would be late. When we called the office they said they had to “find him” and shortly after the same tech who botched the first job showed up. We kicked him out and called the office. The company’s president, Kevin, refused to return our calls but the office manager was able to reschedule again and finally later that week Sonny, the “best tech” showed up and redid the entire job. Sonny’s work was much better but when we finally got in touch with Kevin (when he wanted to collect payment) he was extremely unhelpful, unapologetic and just asked if the final job was acceptable and said that’s the only thing he cares about. If you’re able to take several days off work and don’t mind having to repeatedly reschedule and wait for the “right guy” to redo the job then by all means hire these guys, otherwise steer clear!

service was excellent. Service was on time, answered my questions, and explained what was to be done. Shower grout and caulking looked great after work was completed,and was cleaned up like new !

The tile was never cleaned as agreed to. After the job, I found soap scum that was supposed to be cleaned - there was a lot of it. One tile was replaced, but the grout around the tile was rough and never smoothed. In other areas, grout was applied on top the prior grout. This was obvious because the grout depth varied after the job. Some was recessed as it should be and some was thick and even with the surface of the tile. We were told that the grout was sealed, but it turned dark when it gets wet. Clearly, the grout was not sealed because sealed grout shouldn't change color when wet. This job was rushed and not professionally completed.

Grout Experts responded quickly to my initial inquiry and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on the next business day. The estimator was prompt & courteous. I had a competitive quote within 24 hours.

Grout Experts did a great job! Their cleaning/sealing process took care of the mold and mildew in the grout without having to totally regrout the entire shower.

The grout resealer was applied with a Sherwin Williams outdoor style paint. It was applied with a brush and done a bit sloppy. He cleaned up as he went along but there is paint/sealer on the tile. He also missed spots i did not see until after he left and the appropriate dry time was complete. The caulking was ok though. For a professional I expected more

Our experience with Grout Experts was great! Mike came by to do our estimate and kindly answered our many questions. Kevin sent reminders via phone, text, and email about our upcoming appointment for the repairs. Tobi came today and repaired a section of our shower wall, where the tiles were starting to come off the wall due to improperly mixed mortar. He also regrouted and recaulked in both of our bathrooms and our kitchen sink. He also attached a large piece of backsplash that had never been attached to the wall. Tobi also kindly and patiently answered our questions and let us inspect the work when done and fixed up minor things we noticed (we are very particular!). He also gave us suggestions on what we could do to maintain our grout and marble tiles, which we appreciated. He left our bathrooms looking wonderful! We are so happy with the work Tobi did and would happily call on Grout Experts again for any future grout or caulk work that needs to be done in our home. It was such an easy, stress-free process, on top of the careful workmanship, which is what I value when it comes to home repairs. Thank you so much, Tobi and Grout Experts!

While we didn't need the work done immediately, when we did, they quickly scheduled the service to exactly fit into our timing. Arrived on time and did a FANTASTIC job. Our two bathrooms needed grouting in many spots - shower, tubs, and floors and they delivered fast and superior work. Very efficient and professional. I highly recommend them. The price was so reasonable for the product they delivered. Our bathrooms look perfect again. Kudos to Kevin and his team - Mike and John.

The Install went very well. Carlos was very experienced and professional. I was very satisfied with the way Carlos explained every step of the process. I now have a beautiful kitchen floor.

This company is awesome! We needed to have our grout and tile cleaned and our shower door was busted. They gave us a good quote, knew what we needed, and did the work in a timely manner. We now have a new shower!! Corbin, our technician, was polite, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was great! The guy who came out was great and on time. He provided great suggestions. The person who came to tear it out was phenomenal and even fixed a couple other things going above and beyond his scope of work. Very nice and efficient. Took it upon himself to clean up incredibly well which was very refreshing. They were super accommodating when it came to scheduling as well to make things more efficient.
