The technician was puncutal. He was careful with his tools as he entered and while working in the different areas. he was very efficient and completed the work quickly. Cleaned up! He gave maintenance tips to keep flooring looking good. He mentioned the warranty and told me to call them if I had anything come up with work done. Great experience!

Great work, great people (worked with 2 installers and office people) Everyone was helpful, workers were clean -- no major cleanup required on my part. Kevin was responsive to issues and resolved them quickly and appropriately. They estimated, they promised, they delivered -- little more to say

The tile around our tub needed repair or replacement. We called Kevin for an estimate. He was very prompt in making an appointment. Another company I called couldn't come for the estimate for 2 weeks. Kevin said we needed to regrout around the tub & suggested a solid material shelf in the window shelf instead of tile. They would also clean & reseal the floor. When I called back to schedule an appointment I asked how we should schedule the work as I also was going to have someone reglaze the tub. At that time he said they also could perform that service. I was thrilled to have one company do all of the work. The workmen were very thorough. They called ahead to let us know when they were coming.They were prompt. They cleaned up. They had a fan to exhaust some of the fumes from the reglazing. Our bathroom looks like new and we didn't have to go through the mess and extra expense of tearing out the tub and replacing all of the tile. I would highly recommend them.

We have not decided what we are going to do moving forward.

They were very good. They showed up when they said they were going to. They were neat and did a very nice job. They worked well.

I made calls to several tile repair services. Only [Trademark Redacted] responded. They arrived when they promised, were professional, took the time to explain their assessment of the problem to me. They offered options and related costs to choose from. Once a plan of action was decided they set to work on the agreed date and finished on time. The bathroom was left as clean as it was when they arrived. I've not had a problem or complaint with leaking water since.

The first man performing the services was a bit late and appeared rushed to finish. He appeared to steam clean the kitchen floor grout. He cleaned out and replaced grout in several locations on the kitchen tile using what looked like a soda can opener, and replaced a tile. There were many problems with the job. The replaced tile cracked three times, and after having Kevin come out, examine it, and arrange replacement I gave up calling him after the third crack. The new grout was not properly sealed and discolored quickly. Much of the new grout chipped away soon after the service was provided and continues to chip out. The floor looked ok for the first few weeks after cleaning, but after a few months looked so much worse than before they came to my home. I didn't have the time to continue to have them come out to correct mistakes. Kevin was polite, but the people performing the work did not appear trained or qualified. I

Very well, Floor looks great and wouldn't know the patch work had to be done which is hat we wanted. Freindly staff and oveall just a good experience. (Since this report was made the grout has come loose and needs repaired again)

To my surprise one of the first things they told me upon seeing my bathrooms was that no re-grouting was needed. They simply recommended steam cleaning the existing floor grout and re-caulking the tub/showers. The floors and showers look like new. They were easy to work with, on time, etc. I'll use them again when needed.

The work that they did was very good. They were very professional as well. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The tech that came out to give me a quote was very nice and professional. I felt that the price was fair that was quoted. The tech was on time, took off his shoes and was responsive to my questions. I was upset that the day (Sunday) before the tech was supposed to come to do the job they left me a message saying that they would come in the afternoon vs. the morning time they had promised (I had taken only a half day off work given the estimated work time). I called back within an hour to let them know this new time frame would not work and to call me if they could not make the morning time so I could be at work but did not hear back from them until the time they were supposed to be at my place. I understood the reason they could not make me the first call once I spoke with them (they won't take on a new project until an old one is done right and a project on Friday had not been completed) but felt that they should have called on Friday when they knew they could not meet their promised time frame. I had to take an additional day off work. That said, the lady booking the appointment, as well as the tech that was supposed to come, were very apologetic. I was very impressed with the work I received. The shower looks like new; the tech that came was very nice, on time, professional and tried to be as quite as possible. Again, the tech took off his shoes and really seemed to respect the home. The tech indicated that there was some hard water damage, which is why it was noisier, but he indicated that he removed the same. The grout that was brown is now white with the shower smelling like new.

They were very flexible in scheduling around my work schedule, arrived on time, did terrific work for the cost they quoted, and left the work area very clean. I'd use them again!

Kevin arrived on time and we went through the list of projects. He came with a color pallet so we were able to choose and match the existing grout colors. Less than a week later, Tim, the technician arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. We reviewed the areas to be done and he began the work. After he did the master bath backsplash, I knew the color chosen clashed (even though it looked great in the shower). I asked him if he could revise the color to a clear caulk and he happily did so. All of the other work was well done.

It was excellent for the most part. The grout is failing so they are coming out in a couple days to re-fix it. They were professional and timely. They did more than we asked them to do and it was a great experience.

The work performed was substandard. The tile was cut in such a way that it didn't match the other tiles it was adjacent to. The caulking job was also poor. All in all, not a good experience. They are nice guys, but the work was surprisingly bad.

Kevin came out for the estimate and was very easy to talk to. He advised us on what was needed and the colors that would work best on our grout. I was able to schedule the service within 2 weeks. Luke performed the work in just over 6 hours. He arrived on time, did all work, and cleaned up everything. He brought (3) Stain colors for me to choose from so I could see what each looked like on my grout. He even left me a little stain product and a brush to use on the grout that he had just layed with the new tiles (in case the color did not match the stained grout perfectly). Everything looks great!

The job took about six hours and we were very satisfied with the finished product.

I wasn t in too much of a rush, but it did drag out a bit. They had to come back because he had missed a spot on the grouting and caulking, and then the color didn t match 100 %. At that point I said it had been enough. They had been there 4 times already for a small job. They were very nice guys, very obliging. If I asked them to do something, they came around and did so. I had no problems with them. Their price was better than somebody else.

Tim is really dedicated and takes pride in the quality of his work (only took a 20 minute lunch!). Completed work over the course of 2 days. Did a great job of containing the dust associated with the project, which was much appreciated. Had issues with some of the grout coming up after project completion, which is more of a function of how the tile was laid (not level) by the builder rather than Tim's work. [Trademark Redacted] quickly sent Tim back out to see if he could repair the missing grout and he indicated that he would be willing to come back again if there were any additional concerns. Tim was professional, organized, and efficient. We would definitely hire these guys again.

They promptly returned my call and Kevin came out, within a couple of days to do the estimate. I called back a couple of days later and scheduled them to come out. On the day of the appointment, Jen called to let me know she & Greg were on their way and that they might be, a little early. I told them that was fine. They worked as a team and were very efficient. The grout, which I had been unable to get clean, now looks new. Originally, I was only going to have the foyer and bathroom stained, but those turned out so well, I had them stain the mud/laundry room, as well. This was mush less expensive alternative to re-grouting.

The job went great. It looks fabulous. I'm so glad we did it.
