Grout Expert

Kevin and his team of experts were very courteous, professional and gave us constructive feedback on services needed to be performed in our home. Our home was in the market for sale and Kevin was very reasonable in providing me constructive feedback on what should be done to our home--that would provide us the greatest impact on selling our home without spending too much money on fixing unneccesary things. Kevin gave me a lot of different options to consider with the necessary quotes and we were able to decide on regrouting and recaulking our shower as well as cleaning and sealing our kitchen floor and the foyer area. However, due to an offer coming in for the purchase of our home (I think Kevin brought us luck!), unfortunately we couldn't use his services. However, we will definitely consider Kevin and his team of experts for any future jobs since they were very professional, reasonable while at the same time providing us with an optionality of work to be done.

It went exactly the way we had hoped. The technician was on time and finished the job in several hours. We didn't know he was here except when he left. The results were amazing. The grout on the bathroom walls looks at least as good as the day it was installed. We had another bid, which was quite a bit higher.

His wife provided me a quote on the phone and we set up an appointment. He called to say he would be on time and arrived a few minutes early. He removed all the caulk and cleaned our marble shower, then resealed the marble and recaulked. He was WONDERFUL. Very knowledgable about marble and how to take care of it. He worked for several hours and I trusted him enough to leave him alone in the room by himself. I asked for him to replace the molding on the bottom of the shower door and he informed me it wasn't necessary and he cleaned it for free It looks brand new. This is someone we will definitely recommend and call again.

The estimator (Michael Miller) was such neat guy I told my family if he had been here another five minutes, I would have asked him to dinner. He made some good suggestions regarding caulk color during our initial visit which turned out to be great ideas that enhanced the appearance of the bathroom.It was easy to schedule for when I wanted them to come.The young man (Randy) who came to do the job was pleasant and got immediately to work. I was told the job should take 2 hours and it was almost exactly that. Randy did a beautiful job. I complimented him on the fine work and he said he really appreciated it. He said he really liked doing a good job, it gave him a sense of satisfaction. It shows!This process was professional and well done from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company implicitly.

Overall, from estimate to completed service it all went very well. I thought that the technician was very good and the work was done quickly and efficiently with minimal interruption.(I work from home office) The finished look is very nice and basically looks like brand new tile installation. I think if you are a person that is comfortable taking on certain jobs such as replacing fixtures, but do not want to take on what I would call "medium difficulty" work like tile replacement or floor replacement you can use some targeted services like this to redo a bathroom without blowing out your budget for a new roof or patio. I plan to have a contractor help with my flooring and will replace all the other fixtures. This tile grouting is a complete headache to do yourself. You basically have to meticulously scrape and remove all the grout without disturbing the tiles or scratching them. I watched him work and figured out real fast it was not the type of job I wanted to do. My tiles had black spots on them from mold and I had tried everything to fix the problem. Now the tiles are looking fantastic. I strongly recommend [Trademark Redacted] if you want to get a reasonably priced facelift to old tile in your bathrooms.

On time - neat and tidy - Jen was the best. I would recommend this company. Kevin was prompt in returning calls and explaining service.

Despite the problems that were encountered, the job went well overall and we were pleased with the results. I wish i had known that I had to be more specific about the bench top (stated unequivically that it was not to be a countertop--although I did tell the salesman twice that it was for a bench in a shower). I had no idea what the underside of a countertop looked like--that it was not a solid piece of Corian, or I could have been more specific. But that was not the fault of the [Trademark Redacted].

I was very pleased with the service. He did a very good job, cleaned up afterwards, explained why he did certain things, and was just darn good.

The company did a wonderful job on the tile floor in the bathroom. They cleaned the grout and also removed a old sealant that was causing issues with the toilet holding water on the floor.

It tooks 3 visits to complete - could have been done in one. Due to an organization & communication. They were responsive to problems & final job was satisfactory.

It went smoothly and quickly. Would use them again.

Ended up choosing a darker color grout then was in the bathroom previously. [Trademark Redacted] guarenteed it would keep its seal and not look dirty as our old grout had. (jury still out on this as we just had it done) Overall the change it made in the bathroom was just what we were looking for. Guys that came out were friendly and worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Essentially they used a paint brush to "paint" on the new color. Looked a little sloppy in parts but good news is we could scrape it off the tile pretty easily. Also didn't cover the old grout completely in some areas and had to have them come back out to redo those parts - which they did a few days after we called them. Overall though a good experience and feel we got we paid for. if you are looking for a little facelift for your bathroom I would recommend using them.

I am not ready to do the work yet and I have told them the same. They were very nice when they came out. They were very professional. They gave me an estimate immediately. They also gave me suggestions. I thought their prices were very fair. They came out 2-3 days after I called them. They were very nice and very honest. There were no complications with them, whatsoever. I will use them when I am ready.

This experience was pleasant from start to finish. All the people at The [Trademark Redacted] were prompt, polite and professional. I had left an email requesting an estimate and with in 2 hours I received a call from Laura setting up the appointment with in 2 days. Kevin arrived and was prompt, courteous and friendly. He even took his shoes off when he came in the house even though I told him it wasn't necessary. I explained what work I would like done to the floor and also decide to get an estimate to re-calk the entire shower. Kevin gave me both estimates and even gave me the name of one of his competitors so I could get a second opinion. Laura called later that day to see how the estimate went and when I told her Kevin and suggested I get a second opinion she was not surprised and said "well that sounds like Kevin, he wants you to be happy". She then asked that I call her after the second estimate so she could either schedule the work or take me out of their system. I didn't get the second estimate because that company would not come out for the appointment for over a week. I called Laura back and she scheduled the work for a time that was perfect for me and even called the night before to confirm the appointment and proved me with a time the worker would arrive. The worker called a few minutes early and informed me he had arrived and could start if that was convenient for me and it was. He was very polite and professional and he too removed his shoes as he entered the house. I offered to carry some of his equipment but he declined. After he saw the shower he confirmed what work was to be done, what color calk was to be used and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. He also told me he would keep me informed as to how the work was progressing At one point he called me to the shower and showed me a small piece of grout which was broken. He explained that it would become a problem later if not repaired now before he calked and offered to do so at no cost to me. At the conclusion of his work, which was time wise just about what he had predicted, he called me to inspect it. The entire marble shower which is 3' x 6' x 9' with a bench was stripped and re-calked and the tumbled marble floor was steam cleaned and sealed. The shower looks as good as it did when it was built 9 years ago.

They were very responsive. Came out within two days of our call and gave us a quote. The gentleman who showed up to do the grout cleaning was prompt. He removed his shoes and worked quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself. The job looked terrific. Its been almost 4 months and the shower grout still looks like new..

It was very nice, it turned out just fine. They were very responsive and they were here when they said they would be.

Kevin was prompt and gave me an estimate within 5 minutes. We scheduled the service to be done in a couple of days. Nick was also prompt and did a fabulous job of fixing our shower grout and recaulking the shower.

Kevin, the owner of the franchise, came to my home to give me an estimate on my original request.? As he looked over other areas of the bathroom (shower, corners and floor) he suggested that the be sealed with clear caulking and I agreed.? He then asked if I had any other tiled areas in the home and I showed him the kitchen.? He immediately pointed out the crumbling grout toward the bottom on the back splash and I agreed that it needed to be done.? He gave me a written estimate and a $25 discount for finding him on-line and made an appointment for his man to come the following Monday to do the job.? He called the Sunday evening before the appointment to confirm everything. His worker was prompt and efficient and performed the tasks very professionally.? I am very satisfied with the work that was done.
