Grout Expert

It went very well. They did a professional job and they were considered about how things were. They cleaned off the old stuff fairly well. The only disconnect was that I assumed the quote was covering one thing, but it wasn't. It's not a big deal, but there was just some communication issue there about what I thought was going to happen. But the guy who came out said that he would take care of that and he included it in the original quote.

Rep arrived to give us estimate at exactly the time promised 8:30 am. Was very professional and gave us a detailed summery of the work they would do and the cost. Later in the week the wrk was done and the repairman Nick was excellent and did a wonderful job. He was very neat, took off shoes at entrance to our unit and did a careful and clean job overall. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and quality of work I received. Outstanding in every respect.

Mike came out a couple of days after calling to get quote and he was great. Explained the process and provided a detailed quote on what would be done and how long things might take. I scheduled with them a couple days later to have the work done. Representative arrived on time to do the work and he was professional and courteous. He got right to work and finished in about 1 1/2 hours. Work was completed as quoted and a good job was performed. Bathroom was clean when rep left. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family if needed in the future. Thanks for prompt and efficient service!

The [Trademark Redacted] was excellent! They were totally honest in their estimate & were on time & did a fantastic job. I can't imagine it could have gone any better with anyone else. We had such a disappointing result from the people who tiled our bathroom & The [Trademark Redacted] took care of all the things forgotten and did if for a very reasonable price. I will call them again for any related project.

Kevin was very helpful in deciding what work needed to be done. He provided suggestions as the scheduling of the work and how to prepare for it all to be done. The workmen were prompt, efficient. and very polite. Someone from the company called to ask about a slight change in the schedule. It was soon enough that I could work it out to be there for the later time. The work was done very professionally. The men left the work areas clean when they were done. I will hire The [Trademark Redacted] again if I need more work to be done.

Process was quick and efficient from start to finish. Estimator was very clear with answers to our questions. Scheduling was very responsive to our request for an early date. Actual work was performed promptly, expertly and with attention to detail. Thirty year old tile looks brand new.

Kevin came to discuss the condition of flooring tile and grout. Recommended where i could obtain similar tile for repair of cracked tiles. Steam cleans grout with truck mounted machine. Repaired grout and sealed and stained. Looks like new, like the day we installed. So pleasant an professional. Called the day before. Were always prompt with all communication and arrival times.

We recently had extensive work done in our master bathroom. After contacting the firm, Kevin Ferrera came out promptly to provide the quote. When the work was scheduled, over three days, all the technicians arrived on time, removed their shoes to avoid soiling the carpet on the way to the bathroom, worked diligently to complete their work and left the bathroom free of debris. The bathroom's appearance has been dramatically enhanced and the final result has met our expectations.

The overall experience was excellent!

Both bathrooms came out very nice like new. Tim removed his shoes at the entry of the house. He did a great job in removing the old grout and chalk. The tiles look very nice. I need to explain that Tim was late because the date he came, the streets were flooded and some were closed due to that heavy rain the night before and it was beyond his control.

Exceptional work done professionally with attention to details

Was given an estimate in May 2012 and we finally had the work done in March 2013 due to our schedule. Very honest and Very professional workers. Had our white grout stained to a light gray color so dirt would not show as much. Looks great.

I found them on Angie’s List and I thought their pricing was reasonable. They were good except the fact that they guy who initially came out did not see some things that needed to be fixed. The people from the company were nice and polite. I have nothing bad to say against them. Their quality of work was excellent and I did not have any problems. I even had their cell phone numbers and there were no communication problems.

I was incredibly impressed with The [Trademark Redacted] and would highly recommend them! They were very professional -- from the people I spoke with to set up my estimate, to Mike who came over to provide an estimate, to Nick to performed the work at our condo. On the day that Mike was scheduled to come for the estimate, there was bad traffic, so he called me ahead of time to say that he'd be running ten-fifteen minutes late. I greatly appreciate his calling me to give me the head's up. The [Trademark Redacted] was also very flexible in changing my time slot after I called them two days before my scheduled appointment and told them that I wanted some additional work done. They also are incredibly reasonable in their pricing. The best part is the finished product -- my bathroom and kitchen counter look awesome now!

The tub reglazing was great. No complaints. Professional, courteous, good work. I had a little trouble with the first gentleman who came to do the grout. He was in a hurry to leave and I wasn't happy with the results and he was very rude and angry. when I called the office about this later they were very apologetic and immediately wanting to see what they could do to fix this. They immediately scheduled a second person to come out to complete the work to satisfaction, no additional charges. They were very professional and accommodating in the office. The second gentleman who came out to grout was very courteous, professional and did a great job. Overall I was very pleased with the work and their responsiveness/customer-focus. I would recommend them.

Once Kevin returned from his trip he was very professional and came to our home to inspect the error. He did send our refund check. He has been honest and fair. Her is a very nice business person and is friendly.

Excellent experience. Our work included cleaning, regrouting and sealing ceramic tile for 2 bathroom walls and floors. We received a fair price and the work was excellent. Some repair work was also included in the service provided.

I was impressed with the estimator and scheduled the work but the worker was a little sloppy. He did an OK job and complained that I made him fix a spot. I could have done better myself but for $155 I was happy to hire someone else. Its good enough for a rental property but for my own home I would not be satisfied.

I arranged for an estimate and Kevin showed up right on time. He looked over the work I needed done. We divided the job into tow parts and part one has been completed. Kevin was helpful in explaining the procedure. I was able to pick the color of the grout seal which allowed me to decide what look I wanted. You could have contrasting color or color that matched the tiles. The technician, Rocky, came on time and did a wonderful job. Everything was cleaned up and the floor looks great.

I am very happy with the results! It made our old, dated tile look new again.

He showed up on-time and was professional from start to finish. He suggested a grout color different than the one on the repair order that was a better match with my tiles, which I really appreciated. He could have just blindly done what was on the repair order but instead took a personal interest in my particular job. When he was finished, the tile, grout and caulk looked brand new! I especially appreciated how well he cleaned up any residual caulk dust, etc. Will definitely use [Trademark Redacted] in the future and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Caulking was okay, but when grant who got a matching color, the application of a second coat was all over the tap of the tile. It took two hours to scrape to off to finish.

Kevin came out to fix my grout on my tile, assessed the job, then out another guy and the guy said that what I was told was wrong for the job. It cost me much more that what I was thinking so I just felt like the assessment was a very dishonest job. He overlooked that the concrete holding the tile would not adhere with what I needed. As well as some of the tile I had was coming loose as well. The guy who came out gave me an entirely different assessment. The job was mediocre job as well.
