Description of Work: They did a great job with the grout in our showers and floors.

Description of Work: They grouted and sealed the tile floor in my basement. They also cleaned and the sealed the grout for the bathroom tile floor.

Description of Work: Repaired the backing board and a course of bathroom tile and re-grouted it. Also steam-cleaned grout in floor and sealed. Caulked bath enclosure. Results look great. Clean-up was good, but could have vacuumed a bit more thoroughly. Job finished in the time frame of the estimate. I had a few follow-up questions, which the estimator/owner answered to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: They cleaned and sealed the grout and recauked in my bathtub shower area. They showed up on time, did a beautiful job and cleaned up after. The office staff was also helpful and accommodating.

Description of Work: We had a new tub and shower installed a few years ago, and the grout and caulk were showing some serious wear. I called the [Trademark Redacted] on a Wednesday, and the owner (Kevin) came out the following day for an estimate. He was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of options. A week later, an installer (Brandon) came out an did a wonderful job. New grout, new caulk-and now it looks like a brand-new bathroom. I would definitely use the [Trademark Redacted] again.

Description of Work: The company came out, gave me an estimate and did a sample. I never heard from them again except for harassing emails and phone calls to pay the bill for the sample. The bill was paid within a week!! I never heard from them until I sent a note with my check expressing my disappointment that they never followed up with me to do the job!! Very unprofessional!!!!

Description of Work: Cleaning all grout in the bathroom, applying new color to intact grout, removing and re-grouting areas that were worn. The appearance, especially the floor with the 1 inch white tiles, was really good. I had an issue with the actual guy doing the work who got angry at me-let's say there was a language barrier-who was upset that he thought I misdirected him with the part of the grout that had to be removed. Actually, he had already done that work, and I pointed out another portion of wall that really needed that work. Long story short, the owner, Kevin spoke to him and reassured him he wasn't going to lose his wages, the work got completed to satisfaction, and Kevin assured me it couldn't have been my miscommunication, but his own when he inadequately explained what needed to be done. I think Mr. Ferrara handled it well for his employee and me, the customer.

Description of Work: They did the grout work for a shower and a bathtub. They did a good job, fixed everything up, it looks great and I have no complaints.
