Excellent. Jan is first class. Does things on time, on budget and showing up when he says he will show up. We have used him several times and always pleased with the final result.

I solicited several bids and they were by far the most responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and detailed of the three. They were extremely punctual, great communicators, clean and wanted to be sure that we were happy with their work at all times. Their price was near the higher end, but were willing to lower it slightly based on the competitive bids -- at the end of the day given the difference of responsiveness, reviews, etc. I was fine not going with lowest bidder as the quality difference was apparent. I would certainly work with them again.

I live in an subdivision that has a Home Owners Assoc. I have to have approval for color from them first. We've signed a contract with him. We feel very good about it. He came out and looked at the stucco. It's not real stucco but an artificial kind. He said everything is good. He gave us an estimate that sounds good. Now we just need to pick out the paint. It's been good so far. I don't have anything to compare the price to. It seemed reasonable. He was on time and came out the day he said he would. He is very friendly and personable.

Jan was extremely easy to work with and responded quickly to all inquiries and concerns. We agreed on when the work would start. A day or two before the scheduled start his workers dropped off piles of scaffolding and they were ready to start on schedule. Jan had said a week to ten days to complete the work and they were finished on schedule. They calked the smaller cracks and redid the stucco in the areas where it was falling off. The areas they patched with hard stucco were very nicely blended in with the original stucco texture. They then coated the entire house with an elastomeric coating (don't call it paint!) and we also had them paint the wood trim, fascia and soffits since the scaffolds were already in place. All work was was well done and the house looks like new. We are very pleased with the work done and the professionalism of JJ Stucco and recommend their services.

They did a great job. The job turned out great, it was really fast and efficient. I think, they were far under the other budget. I think it was fairly priced. It was good, they were just great. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. It is so hard to tell about the quality because it is brand new. They were there when they said they would be.

We obtained several quotes and JJ Stucco came in the lowest by far. It was a pleasure working with Jan Konicek. He and his crew were professional, thorough and responsive to all of our requests. The job went smoothly, interrupted only by some rainy weather. In addition to painting, they also replaced several decorative slabs on walls by the front entrance to the garage. The final result was excellent and we are very pleased. We would definitely use them again.

He always called to confirm what we agreed upon and he let us know when he was here to work. His work was excellent and our home looks as good as new. Jan and his crew were punctual, accurate, neat, and did excellent work. I could not be happier with the experience. Jan is a man of his word and I appreciate that.

Jon was great to work with. They showed up on time and did a great job. They were absolutely meticulous in their placing of the stones. It was a groutless application and required many very precision type cuts. They did an awesome job. Highly recommend this company.

Great. Jan was professional, responsive and did a great job. He matched the color perfectly and you can't even tell what was patched.

Easy. They gave us an idea of price and setup a time. They were here when promised and got to work. They laid out the stone on the lawn prior to installation and asked for my approval. All went smooth.
