Very poorly. We telephoned and requested a return call and no one called us. ($2,500)

Saturday work so plumbers get $200 per trip in our area. Arrived on time and was very professional, diagnosed and took care of the problem in about 20 minutes.

They responded promptly and were there at 8:30 am the next morning after a 6pm call. The technician was polite and clean. I was charged over $300 for 2 hours, which seems high.

I felt very comfortable with my choice to hire this company to do the work. They were reasonable about what they charged us for the project. They completed it on time and did a nice job cleaning up after the work was completed. I would gladly refer them to others.

This wasn't the only time that I used this company and I think their prices are within reason. They are always pleasant, nice, and efficient when they come out to my home. I would recommend them.

Our home is about 80 years old and this old boiler was probably about 30 to 40 years old. They had repaired our old boiler for the past 8 years and it was time for a new one. They always came on time and cleaned up completely when they were done. I didn't need to call them back for anything. They held right to the estimate too.

I've been using them for over twenty five years now, and they have always been a very reliable company. I trust them with any kind of work that needs to be done. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the work they have done for me over the years.

They were on time and very thorough with their work. They were able to answer all of my questions and the price was reasonable as well. There were no problems, and they stayed within a good amount of their estimate as well. They did a fantastic job!

V.J. also services my furnace once every year and they seem to be very honest. This is the only major problem that we have had with our furnace. They always do things when they say they will.

They came to the rescue as they were able to remove the clog and get the toilet working again. They are very professional and were able to get to us right away.

We always use the same guy, Steve Miller. He's great. I got the feeling that he gave the work the same attention that he would have given it had he been installing the sump pump in his own home.

It would have been nice (and cheaper) if the real source of the leak was discovered early on--but I don't how. It took two visits to fix the leak due to lack of the right part and the time of day the work started.

Our water heater went out without warning. We called to schedule an appointment the day before Thanksgiving, and they were able to book us an appointment on the exact day and time that we needed (we had a very small window in order to get the water heater replaced). While making the appointment they were very knowledgeable, letting us know our town would require a permit. The service rep arrived exactly on time, and was very professional and courteous. The inspection went well later that week, and we are enjoying having hot water back!

Had an appointment at a designated time for an estimate & repair work. Waited, never showed up & did not call.

Mel was prompt, very knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to fix a problem that I was having with a kitchen faucet, which had had a new cartridge place by a different plumber,(requiring three return visits to fix an installation problem that remained unfixed). Also gave me maintenance suggestions on my basement sump pump at no extra charge.

Very Professional. The work was done quickly and correctly. They had a very courteous technician. I would highly recommend this company even if you have to pay a little extra for their service. Hassle free.

My overall experience was quite good. Steve was very personable and professional. I would recommend him again.

The company was great about estimating and scheduling the job. The workers were prompt and pleasant, but the new copper welding work was sloppily done and they didn't clean up very well. They did let me reduce the bill a bit for having to clean up after them. I would possibly use them again but would make it clear that they had to do a better job.

They are polite, on time, prompt, and actually know who they service, so it is more personal and they know the history of the home and equipment. They are very good and we've used them for many years. They are very honest and trustworthy, they often do work in the home when I'm not their, and they bill me for the work.

My townhouse has the worlds smallest utility room, and after I had furnace work done my water shutoff valve was impossible to reach. Plumber Steve was up to the challenge, and now my shutoff valve is in easy reach. Killian did a great job.

THEY CAME THE SAME DAY I CALLED (WITHIN 3 HOURS), REPLACED THE HOT WATER TANK WITH A BIGGER UNIT, WHICH REQUIRED NEW FITTINGS, HAULED THE OLD TANK AWAY, DIDN'T MAKE A BIG MESS, DISCOVERED THE FROZEN WATER PIPE WHICH WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WAS FROZEN, REPLACED THE CRACKED PIPE AND INSTALLED AN INSIDE SHUT-OFF VALVE SO THAT WE WOULDN'T HAVE ANY MORE TROUBLE. THEY ALSO CAME OUT 4 DAYS LATER BECAUSE WE HAD MORE WATER IN OUR BASEMENT & DISCOVERED IT WAS FROM THE FURNACE HUMIDIFIER AND NOT ANY WORK THAT WAS DONE ON THE WATER TANK. BOTH MEN WERE VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS, & CLEANED UP THE WATER IN THE BASEMENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY'RE GREAT.

HE WAS VERY NICE AND THEY CAME ON A SUNDAY NIGHT.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. DID NOT RETURN CALLS FOR SEVERAL DAYS, AND THEN 2 SEPARATE PEOPLE CALLED TO MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR THE SERVICE CALL, FOR DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY. WHEN THEY FINALLY DID SHOW, THEY SPENT 15 MINUTES TO FIND, AND FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY SPENT LESS TIME, AND CHARGED MORE FOR THIS CALL THAN TO INSPECT THE UNITS THE WEEK BEFORE.

PLUMBER, BILL ANDERSON, CAME TO MY HOME. QUICKLY IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM, AND WHAT REPAIRS NEEDED TO BE MADE. I HAD ALREADY HAD THREE PLUMBERS FROM OTHER COMPANIES COME, AND INDICATE THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. THEY MADE NO REPAIRS, AND CHARGED ME FOR THEIR TIME. THE PROBLEM CONTINUED. MR. ANDERSON WAS HERE A VERY SHORT TIME, AND HE IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM, AND WHAT CORRECTIONS NEEDED TO BE MADE. HE IS ORDERING THE PARTS TO MAKE THE REPAIRS. HE EXTENDED HIMSELF TO BE HELPFUL IN NUMEROUS AREAS OF MY CONCERNS. HE HAS A VERY PLEASANT PERSONALITY, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

CONSISTENTLY PRETTY GOOD. VERY RELIABLE AND COMPETENT. GENERALLY CAN COME OUT IMMEDIATELY. PERHAPS A LITTLE HIGH PRICED, NOT SURE.
