Description of Work: Central air unit outside was making a loud noise, and was not cooling. I was sure that we would be installing a new unit when the service person came out. Instead, the service person was able to repair the unit to make it through the season. He indicated that the unit would need to be replaced soon, but it would at least make it through the remainder of the hot season. The service person also provided a quote for a new unit.

Description of Work: We have a very old furnace that we would need to replaced if any parts have to be replaced, as they do not make the parts any more. Every other year it stops working and we cross our fingers and call Killian. Every time, they have been able to clean and adjust various parts and get it working again. They truely are miracle workers with old boilers.
