We couldn’t be more impressed with the work we received and the cleanliness and consideration of our home they showed. Shoe covers were worn when coming in and out of our home and runners laid to protect the floor of our new construction. They have addressed all our comfort and air quality concerns. Dave, the owner personally stopped by to inspect the job and make minor changes to the system to make the new zoning system just right. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication to us. We highly recommend them for your next HVAC needs.

Ireland replace two heating / air conditioning units over a two year period. Project went well. Continue to use them twice a year for bi-annual service tune ups. They are very professional in scheduling, workmanship, design. Was particularly impressed when the owner came to re-balance my ducts to optimize performance. Highly recommend.

As expected and unknown to us. Since our air conditioner was over 20 years old 41 years actually), they told us if we took a picture with our old Carrier unit, Carrier would send us a check for $100. That was an extra bonus they made us aware of that saved us a bit. Now going to use for our maintence of furnace and AC now

It went well. Not everything was perfect on Day 1 but Ireland made sure everything was working well when the install was complete. They are very responsive to issues or questions.

All the staff who I interacted with very courteous and helpful. They provided the quote in a timely manner and also attended to an issue that surfaced post installation promptly and addressed it to our satisfaction. We do recommend them and infact I went ahead and hired them for our yearly HVAC maintenance.

Perfect: Air unit is old, stopped working, must be and will be replaced. Ireland Heating & Air was able to rig it up someway and we were able to get through the summer with air. Ireland Heating & Air installed the original and will install the new unit. This home was built in the late 50s and Ireland Heating & Air installed, and maintained both air & heat . We recommend. We would never call another company.

Always great. They addressed my concerns, did the annual maintenance, and offered advice in case I had any minor (old boiler) problems cane up.

We used Ireland Heating as a second bid to the work we were told was needed on our boiler. The first company informed us that we needed a new boiler but Ireland was very thorough and said there is at least 20 years of life left so there is no need to replace. They fixed the issue by changing and adding valves and the boiler has been working great for the last year We highly recommend using Ireland as they are thorough and will not tell you that you need something if you don’t.

The best call I made was to Ireland. We purchased our home in ‘13, and because of the size we have four furnaces and central air units. For years we stuck by the company that supposedly “serviced” the home for the previous owners. It was a HUGE mistake...having as many as a dozen plus service calls a year and still having nothing ever working right (one month we racked up over ten service calls and nothing ever worked correctly). After a final blow up with the last company, leaving us with three of the four compressors not working during a week of 90 plus degrees, I found Ireland. Bryan came out and was super professional. He had to learn a very complex system and figure out how it all installed. He did so quickly. He discovered that parts were worn down and never replaced, things were not clean, I could go on and on. He made sure I understood what the problems were and showed me the aged damaged pieces and got replacements quickly; he even had to spend time on the phone researching information about another aged brand that one of our compressors is, because it is that old and isn’t a brand the represent. I’m disappointed that we spent time and money with a company that was clearly not servicing us. I can’t believe our systems are working in ways they never did before. One zone is no longer 50 degrees, while another is 80 degrees in the summer. They balanced the zones and everything is working perfectly. We joined their annual service plan right away. The only follow up visits, this summer, were to replace an ordered part and to change the filters and clean the compressors....before Ireland I would have had at least eight service calls by mid summer with the old company, and my units still wouldn’t be working right. I also liked that Kyle (who handles scheduling) did a pretty lengthy intake interview, not just booking someone to just come out without some background. The best part…besides knowledge techs like Bryan? Their cost. I found their pricing to be very reasonable, for both parts and labor. We also are looking forward to replacing the aging equipment with Ireland. We won’t use anyone else.

It went well. Dave was punctual and provided us an estimate to do all of the services. I was extremely appreciative. If we wind up purchasing the home, we will use their services.

Work was done promptly and professionally. Would hire them again.
