The pro was prompt and provide the right solutions to our issue. They were thorough and provided us with some good next steps.

DO NOT USE IRELAND!!! I called Ireland after your A/C went out during the 3 hotest days of the summer. The service person arrived and immediately stated that there was nothing that he could do for us. I stated that the installer of the A/C unit has instruction on how to repair the unit but he refused and demanded the $160 for the service call leaving us with no A/C. 2 days later a service person from another HVAC company repaired the unit in minutes per the same instructions. I called Ireland and was told that I needed to speak to the Owner. I called 4 times over 10 days before having speaking with him. The owner was rude and arrogant and refused to return the service fee. I REPEAT-- DO NOT USE IRELAND.

AWFUL! Dave Ireland came to my house and after spending a half and hour never called back with an estimate or response to my needs. I made over five phone calls over two months checking to see if they would care to let me know if he had interest in the job and no one from Ireland ever called me back.

What a great company. They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. Our repairman Rich promptly replaced the parts, added refrigerant to the system, and we were back up and running in hot and humid weather. I would highly recommend Ireland Heating and Air Conditioning and for sure would use them again. Thanks for the great job!

Great experience. Bid was clear, and all questions were answered quickly and completely. Work on installation was impressive, with great attention to the job site, and careful execution. The work required extensive piping on the side of the house, this was carefully installed such the appearance is far better than I expected given the essential nature of this component. it is clear the work was done care with everything clamped down carefully. Much appreciated the gratis repair of some existing condensate tubing, and attention paid by the electrician to inspecting a potential, and unrelated to the HVAC, safety issue (luckily there was none). This was a professional job all the way. And that the air-conditioning compressor was quieter then I expected, that is a plus too. I recommend Ireland Heating and AC without any reservations

From start to finish, our experience with Ireland Heating and AC was excellent. Every technician from the owner on down is knowledgeable and reliable. Their prices were better than their competitors and we felt like he received great service and experienced workmanship.

They were great. The owner was very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and provided guidance on picking the right system for the zone.

We had three different estimates for a new heating and cooling system. Ireland's was the most detailed and complete. We had two items we wanted done during the installation and they were accepted by Ireland. Work was done on time. Old system was removed and taken away. Our property was left neat and clean. Workmen were polite and knew what they were doing. Because we were pleased, Ireland Heating & Air Conditioning will be the company we choose to do our annual spring and fall check-ups.

Improperly installed system and was mislead on occupancy costs.

Ireland installed 2 HVAC systems, an ERV and 2 Ecobee thermostats as part of the renovation of our home . Everything has worked fine following the initial installation adjustments. We are using Ireland for our ongoing maintenance.

Great. We have been under maintenance contract for several years. In Fall, Ireland comes out and "tunes up" our furnace and electronic filter; spring brings annual maintenance for the A/C. They are reliable, reasonable and over, great.

A well respected company servicing the west suburbs recommended Dave Ireland when my long time HVAC person sold his company. I have some unique issues including off the chart sensitivity to the smallest spec of mold-- a bit hard for Dave to comprehend at first but nonetheless he accepted my unique medical issue and has insured that my HVAC is in perfect condition. This summer I ran into an indoor humidity issue, not something that would impact the normal population, but did impact my health. I had just had my bi-annual service and was worried that they technician had missed something. Dave made a special trip out (I am a distance away) and brought all sorts of humidity measuring devices. He explored other areas of potential leakage as well. As is usually the case, Dave was correct. The HVAC was working at an optimal level and my humidity issue was not related. If you are looking for someone with a seasoned technician team and a vast knowledge of HVAC, this should be your go to HVAC company. Hopefully you will not have my medical issues. Two of me might give Dave an extra grey hair. Dave if your reading this, thank you for your wisdom and tolerance.

Ravinia Heating twice came for a very small repair & said needed new heater, few thousand dollars. Ravinia opened heater and absolutely no cracks in burner. They also said to buy a CO detector in case of malfunction. Been using them ever since for almost 7 years. Terrific service.

AC unit was replaced in timely manner and at a reasonable cost for size, make and model of unit.

Very pleased with work, very professional and polite.
