They were nice and knew what they were talking about. The biggest drawback was that, they were very expensive. I will consider them in the future, maybe for a quote.

This was our first time using them. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. We shopped around and their price was very competitive. Their customer service and workers were excellent.

They were excellent. They were very good and I would recommend them. My landlord thinks highly of them and that's why he hired them. They were very neat and put booties over their shoes, I was very happy. They seemed to be efficient, they did the work requested and fixed the leak. They cleaned up well after themselves.

I was a bit confused about the contract expenses and posted a note here on Angies list. Allen Ireland called me back and explained the contract. It is very fair and provides me peace of mind. He also stated that with the annual contract we would get a 10% discount on any work that needed to be done if something did break. I was very pleased with the communication.

Report from employee came back clear with no issues on system. Will be returning in fall to shutdown AC system and prep for winter heating season. Impressed with professionalism of company, both office staff and field employee.

Job 1: They were very neat and clean, very polite, were willing to explain anything I needed. Always on time. Job 2: I don't remember an approx cost but I know the price was reasonable. I would also hire them again in the future.

Heard back from three of the companies by the next day and scheduled appointments for Saturday and Monday. The 4th company, Ireland Heating called Monday and set an appointment for Tuesday at 2:30. I left work early to meet Dave at the site. Waited until 3pm and called their office. They had Dave call me back another 30 minutes later. Long story short, Dave lost his notes about our appointment and completely forgot. Once we met, he proved that he knows HVAC as he took me through the house pointing out ways to improve things. He promised additional details if I was to hire his company. Unfortunately, HE NEVER PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE. At least he helped me narrow the field by eliminating Ireland Heating.

I had to wait two weeks before Ireland was able to schedule an annual maintenance visit to our home, as they are apparently very busy at this time of year (late November, early December), but they would have come earlier, had there been an emergency. The technician, Luka, arrived when he said he would, and was courteous and efficient. It took him one hour to complete cleaning and inspection of the furnace and humidifier. The charge was $97/hour, $13.60 to replace the humidifier pad. A $5.50 ''trip charge'' is pre-printed on Ireland's invoice form. We have worked with Ireland before. They installed new furnace and A/C units for us several years ago. Dave Ireland impressed us now, as he did then, as a knowledgeable and straightforward businessman, and we are quite satisfied with the work his company has performed for us. We don't know how to evaluate price, as we did not comparison shop.
