Description of Work: The most recent service was the routine cleaning and adjusting our Munchkin condensing boiler which they had installed in 2006. We selected Ireland for installation and subsequent service because they have the reputation of being very experienced with furnaces for radiant heated houses, such as ours. As usual, the serviceman was punctual and the service performed efficiently and cleanly. | |Ireland has kept our furnace in top condition. In fact, North Shore Gas reported to us that in the month of December 2013 we used 29% less natural gas than our efficient neighbors and 48% less gas than all our 100 nearby neighbors in Glencoe. We were pleased but surprised because we have a modern ranch house with a large windows in the rooms. | |I would not hesitate to recommend Ireland.

Description of Work: We have an annual maintenance contract with Ireland, and they come out twice a year. We've been doing business with them for the past 4 years or so. They are very professional, punctual and honest. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I have a service contract with them and have used them several times. Last summer during a cold spell, we noticed our furnace wasn't producing any heat. They diagnosed the issue as a cracked heat block. Even though Ireland Heating & Air Conditioning did not install the furnace (it was here when we bought the home), they found the heat block was under warranty. Instead of needing to replace the entire furnace, they ordered and installed the replacement part which repaired the issue. They have also installed a hot water heater at my home.
