Very well. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly and well.

Tom did a fantastic job, I asked if he could come the following day and he was punctual at the arranged time. He replaced the locks, but also made recommendations to secure the doors further and pointed out damage by the former owner, and I am calling a handyman to fix the doors. Friendly, prompt service. I used them before and will use them and continue to recommend them.

The response time and service were absolutely amazing! Can't recommend them enough! Prompt, courteous, reasonable rates (especially since it was Friday afternoon!), and a job very well done - and FAST! He even repaired a door, including some small extra things he didn't even charge me for, and made some cost-saving suggestions.

It could not have gone better. After reading reviews for Tom, I called and made an appointment. he was available the next day, texted me that he was on the way, and arrived early for our appointment. It took only a few moments for me to realize why he is A rated. His respect for my home was instantly noticeable, from removing his shoes to putting down paper towels while he worked. He insisted on taking the dirty paper towels instead of throwing them away. He repaired the balky lock, shared some tips with me to help keep it working well, then checked and lubed 2 other locks while he was here. If there was a way to rate someone A+++, that is how I would rate Tom and his service.

The service was fantastic. I called and talked to someone right away. The service was scheduled in a matter of minutes. Tom was right on time. He was very professional and worked extremely efficiently. He gave us the Angie's List discount and fixed some issues with our existing locks without charge. We will absolutely use their services again!!

Could not have been a better experience. Tom demonstrated his expertise by solving a complicated installation by thinking outside of the box. I was completely satisfied with his skills, professionalism, and pleasant personality.

Showed up on time to change the locks on my doors. Having just moved into the property, he also helped me reprogram my garage door. Definitely would recommend.

Great. Punctual and he really did a great job addressing the garage door but all lunrucating the locks and helping us to (finally) consolidate to one key.

Needed house re-keyed after a stressful closing -- he was great -- was able to show up as requested and re-key locks. Additionally fixed a door which was a security hazard.

He was fantastic! He showed up on time, talked us through what he was doing, showed us a few new things about the door, and was incredibly efficient and professional the entire time. Definitely made sure take his business card so I can pass the name along to family and friends! (Cost reflects an angies list deal plus the third lock)

I called Tom & left message. He was prompt in returning calls/texts, stayed on top of our request thru texts (confirmed arrival time, etc). He came on a Saturday, and fixed all the knob & deadbolt problems we had (replaced cracked parts, drilled out interfering plates, got locks to face all same way, etc...), and keyed all the doors the same. I was extremely pleased with all of this work. I will do business with him again, and will recommend him to all. He was fast too (all done in about an hour).

Great! I called because I was having trouble removing a Medeco lock from my front door and he explained how to do it over the phone. I tried but still had issues so called back and he came out the next morning right on time. He removed the deadbolt for me and then asked where the new door handle and deadbolt were and since he was here he'd put it all on, all for the same price he'd quoted. Turned out the new lock had to have a hole drilled through the metal door and that was an additional $20 but definitely well worth it. He put everything on and then had to grind the strike plate down a bit to make sure everything worked. The job was done in a whole lot less time than I ever could have done it in, plus it was done right. I had really expected to pay a lot more for a house call like this and was very pleased with his price of $95. The aggravation it saved me by doing it myself was well worth it. I definitely would recommend him and will use him again.

Tom performed the job I called for, and he found several other lock/door issues and fixed those as well on the spot. He is EXTREMELY knowledgable and the price was very fair for the work he performed. .

He was absolutely perfect couldn't have asked for anyone better. He came in and told me exactly what he was able to do and did exactly that and then some. All my deadbolts were hard to lock but he took the time to move things around to make sure all of them locked easy for me. That is going above and beyond to me and I appreciated it!

ok. not great, not awful. didn't get same quality keys for front door. paid additional funds in cash for work beyond scope of deal, but didn't get receipt that reflected additional cash outlay.

Tom was punctual and performed his job quickly and professionally. He also reprogrammed our garage door opener as one of the garage door openers was missing so if anyone else had it, no one could use it to get in. We thought the price was reasonable.

Wonderful. Tom called me the same day I was on Angie's List to set up an appointment. He came out the next day at the agreed time and did the locks in less then 30 minutes. We also discussed Password locks. Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely call them in the future.
