Outstanding service! Tom was prompt, very courteous, and completed the re-keying swiftly. He also fixed a stuck pin in one of the locks, otherwise I might have gotten locked out someday. He sprayed the locks with graphite for smoother operation and also reminded me to swap out the old key with a new one on my keyring. Thoughtful.

I cannot easily convey how pleased I am with this service. I'm in the process of a breakup and wanted my locks re-keyed quickly. After calling relatively close to closing, I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 in the morning. He arrived right on time and performed both quick and high quality work. The thing that really got me, though, was his kindness. When leaving, he asked if I knew how to change my garage code. I did not, so he helped and did not leave until he was certain the code took correctly. Having this all done so quickly has really lifted a weight off of my shoulders. If you need a locksmith, please, do yourself a favor and go with Custom Lock & Safe. Highly professional, reasonably priced, and amazing service. If I ever need another locksmith, I will certainly call them in a heartbeat.

It went very well! Tom responded very quick to my message in Angie’s List and was the best price. Not knowing exactly how “rekeying” works, i thought I needed 5 locks rekeyed, which Tom advised me that I only need 4. Other locksmiths were trying to charge me for 5 and were more than double Toms price. He also cut 5 spare keys for free. He’s a very honest guy, very timely & punctual, and gets the job done pretty quick. I definitely saved his number and am referring him to others! A++++ business! Thanks again Tom!

Tom responded immediately and was able to come out the same day and replace four (4) locks with a single key access. He provided six (6j keys as part of the deal. He did a great job, was highly professional and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend.

He was on time, worked quickly, was pleasant and helpful, and an absolute pro. Very reasonable charges and very quick response to my call. He set the appointment and was there the next morning.

Efficient. Professional. Friendly. Scheduled Tom to come install a new keypad lock and handle, as well as re-key the lock. He was fast, courteous and professional. Cost came in below the estimate he quoted me. Once he was done, he noticed I happened to be working on a separate project (fixing a cabinet). He got an extra-long Phillips bit out of his truck that I needed and told me to keep it for next time. Above and beyond!

The provider arrived early and completed the work very efficiently. He also cut 8 keys. The charge was very reasonable, in my opinion, $200 total.

It went better than we could've imagined. Our door was inoperable all of a sudden, so we needed quick help. We called Tom, who was very responsive, friendly and professional. He was able to see us within a few hours and came right when he said he would. He resolved the issue quickly and we had better-functioning locks than before. Price was reasonable as well. Tom was outstanding. He not only took care of rekeying a lock but made sure the door handle was working well. His communication was excellent and he was on time. I would hire him again in an instant.

Arrived home from work on Friday evening and found the side door of my garage would not open. Called Custom Lock and Safe and Tom was at my house Saturday morning. Tom arrived early to accommodate my schedule. Tom quickly got the open, diagnosed the problem, and presented my options. I was completely satisfied with Tom's service and the cost. Will recommend to others and would definitely use Custom Lock again if the need arises.

We called Tom who answered right away. Tom arrived on time. Tom is a wizard with broken locks. We could not get our closet door open because the lock latch was stuck. The lock screws were on the other side of the locked door, so we could not unscrew and remove the door knob and lock. Tom used his tools to slide the broken latch. The door opened. We did not have to replace the door knob because Tom fixed the latch part. The door knob and lock works good as new. The door knob and lock was 65 years old!

Tom was out on the same day. (He was in the area, by luck.) He identified the problem promptly, replacing the latch and the pins on the door knob, and lubricating the pins and moving parts of the deadbolt. It was a quick job, as he had the parts on the truck.

Great experience! Tom was on time and very professional. He explained the process thoroughly and even changed out existing locks to save us some money. I felt like Tom went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the job was done correctly. I wish every company was as thoughtful, experienced, and professional as Custom Lock & Safe. I contacted Mike on Friday and he was able to come on Monday. The lock had a mostly-broken interior piece that was part of the problem. He replaced the lock’s insides and adjusted the hole in the doorframe that the lock fits into (I don’t know the technical term). The whole process took about a half hour.

Great job; very helpful advising me on which locks to purchase. Had a couple of minor difficulties with installation that were not his fault and he didn't charge me to fix them.

Ton was incredible, we found the safe combo but couldn't figure out how to open. Tom talked us thru it over the phone and we were able to open this very complex safe. Tom refused to accept any money for his invaluable help, and was so kind to us. Highly highly recommend this wonderful man.

I bought a house and needed the locks re-keyed. Tom was fantastic. It was very easy to set up an appointment and he showed up shortly into the 2 hour time window he provided. He was able to get all my locks re-keyed to the same key, which was exactly what I wanted. He even helped me to change the code for my garage door openers. If I could give an A+ I would.
