Description of Work: Custom Lock and Safe replaced a broken mailbox lock and repaired my dysfunctional dead bolt lock. The locksmith arrived exactly on time on a Sunday morning. He was very professional and completed the work very quickly and neatly. There was no extra charge for the Sunday appointment. I definitely recommend this service.

Description of Work: Had a broken deadbolt. Front Door was inoperable. Came out on a Saturday; called 30 minutes out to confirm the time. Examined the lock and rather than charge us for removing the old lock and replacing it with a new one including cost of installation he dismantled the old one, figured out what had broken and fixed it. Works perfectly. Nicest guy in the world. Will never use anyone else for work like this. A+

Description of Work: Just moved into a new house & needed locks re-keyed. Saw the reviews and called on a Saturday, and Tom was willing to come out the next day. Made the appt but then called back and asked to do it Monday instead. Tom was very accommodating. He arrived within the window he said he would. He was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. He even adjusted the front door so that it would close properly, and noted the catch plate was missing (old door). He asked if I would like him to replace it right there, and went to see if he had something in the truck. The price was consistent with his estimate, i.e. no surprise fees. He also offered info on getting an additional garage remote, and how to set it up. Very nice guy to work with. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Broken lock front door needing repair. Re-key 5 locks. Re-program garage key pad. Spoke with Tom on Wednesday and he was at my home on Thursday to do the work. Description of Work: I had a trunk with a mysterious lock on it that needed to be opened. Bean's Lock and key was not able to open it (I suspect it was actually broken), but was able to cut it open with minimal damage to the trunk.

He told me that the problem was t the door not the lock. He said he needed anlther person to help with the door . He came back again. He did no charge for the first visit. They repaired the door in ten minutes. He really follows through..
