Russ is very professional. He responded to my inquiry within minutes. He is a man of his wordsâ ¦he kept every appointment and the process from start to finish was seamless. As I observed Russ and his brother John work so well togetherâ ¦ it was the epitome of a family business.

Russ is the consummate professional. He responded to my inquiry while I still had my cell phone in my hand! EVERYTHING he said he was going to do he did WHEN he said he was going to do it. It took 15 days from the time I spoke with Russ to the time the counter tops were installed. Initially, I was looking at Menard's. The cost to do the job through Menard's was almost identical. Russ' craftsmanship was like Disney World and Menard's was like a grade school playground. I HIGHLY recommend Russ and John F. Mate Company.

Great work! The countertop we ordered was measured incorrectly. We decided to hire this professional to start over from scratch but they were able to rework the existing countertop to fit. Saved so much time and money! Don't DIY, hire this professional.
