The seam at the sink is 3 inches off center. 1 section of backsplash is 1/2inch lower than previous, could have used a shim? 1 section has 1/4 inch gap at back, was told wall was not squared-ever hear of a miter cut? Overhang is almost 2 inches Caulking leaves much to be desired-gaps. Tried hot water dispenser one hour after he left. leak at base. Was told it worked when I was there Well, it did not break in 1 hour. Washed caulk off of his hands in bathroom sink (Wood vanity top). Took 1/2 hour to repair stains. Could have used kitchen or laundry tub! Only reason he got 2 starts is he kept appointments and the price was right-guess you get what you pay for. Just tried to put custom made book shelf back on counter and discovered it will not fit. Used a level - counter is way off. wonder how many other screw ups I will find with time.

The whole experience was great from the estimate to the finished product. Russ came and measured and gave me options. I had a sample I had found and he special ordered it for me. Russ and John install the finished product leaving everything clean when they finished. The price was great and the service was first rate. I would hire again and recommend to others.
