I coule not be more happy with the project Russ Mate completed for us. I had two simple phone conversations with Russ about the countertop replacement at my mom's place . I set up a time for him to show samples to my mom and take a final measurement. She was thrilled with how he listened and explained the countertop replacement. Living 400 miles away and coming into town for this project I needed Russ to on time and efficient. He was both. In went so well that on the spot I hired him to do the bathroom countertop, which he had complete within two days. Thank you for the great service.

Russ was very responsive and understood exactly what I needed for my kitchen. He recommended great colors for the counter. Service was great quality and very affordable. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone.

I hired them to do counter tops in my kitchen remodel. They came out for a free estimate we agreed on a price and supplies were ordered. When they came to install everything there was 1 minor fitment issue. He didn't try to make it work or come up with excuses, he said flat out I blew a measurement somewhere and need to get 1 new section. He got the parts and was back 2 days later to finish it. It's not all about having it right the first time, every company will have a problem from time to time and it's nice to know when it does happen that these guys will rectify it quickly and without hassle. I would not hesitate to use them again A+

I worked with Russ Mate on my project - buying and installing new laminate countertops. Russ was fantastic! Not only was he on time (important to me), but showed up 15 minutes early. John installed a countertop in my laundry room and I contacted him again for a kitchen project. He is prompt, informative, patient and has flawless workmanship. The finishing carpenter that was on the project (who is also a friend of mine) said in all the projects he has been on, this was a "top notch counter guy!". John's prices are excellent - the added bonus is that he is a nice guy....

Russ was great, very professional, reasonably priced, and did an excellent job. The countertops turned out to be beautiful and one of my favorite projects in the house. He fixed some of our resurfaced cabinets that were falling apart (which he didn't have to do). I thought it was rare to find people like Russ who would go out of their way to fix small things that would improve the overall look of our kitchen. He suggested we get a new light fixture and upgrade the faucets and we did. He even helped us install them. I am a very happy customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

He was very professional. Measured all my countertops. Wrote up a quote and presented it to me. I explained to him I was interviewing other contractors as well and he told me if I had any questions to please contact him. I called him on a Monday and he came out and discussed what the procedure would entail to my husband. We talked it over and decided to hire him. He also was very generous and helped me pick out a sink, faucet and sprayer. I would reccomend him to anyone.
