Description of Work: I had purchased a 2 hour in home service call for my computer, but the problems were quite extensive and required an entire computer rebuild which did cost more money. The computer and our wireless service had multiple issues. Zach came out to our home and looked at the problems. Internet Explorer was crashing. There was a pop up redirect problems going on. Over all the computer was running slowly. Zach recommend rebuilding the computer since the computer was likly effected by a virus. Zach needed to take the computer for a day to complete the rebuild. He saved all the data on the computer and created files for each user. Zach reloaded all the programs. For an additonal charge, he added extra memory to the computer to improve speed processing performance. When delivering the computer back to the home, he explained all the changes. Zach loaded a new free firewall. I paid Zach for a better wireless router, as my old router frequently cut out and lost the signal. Zach fixed my problems of printing wirelessly to my printer. All in all, Zach did a great job. He knows what he is doing and can fix problems quickly. I would highly recommend him to others. There is no way all of my problems could have been fixed by another merchant providing only online repair.
