Not sure if still in business or not.

When I contacted Silver Technology Consultants to set up an appointment, he sent me an email saying that Angie's List had made a mistake and he does not service my area.

The job went fine. They did their work. I decided to have them do additional work, so I paid a bit more. I didn't feel like I would get free advice, I would have to pay for it.

It went well. He was very knowledgeable, but I do not think the two hours was enough.

Excellent service! Zach is extremely knowledgeable, fast and very customer oriented. He explained everything to me in detail. Everything is up and running at top speed. I recommend him very highly! I will definitely call him for all my technology needs! Great job!

Zach first came and examined our computer. Then he gave us choices on keeping the exisitng computer and printer or getting new ones. We agreed to get new ones without any pressure from Zach, and his recommendation for a new printer/copier/sacanner was a wonderful idea, since now all of our devices, two Apple and one Windows, can print easily and wirelessly. Zach was very considerate and picked up our existing computer on a Sunday night, just so we wouldn't be without a computer for tool long, and then installed the new computer and printer the next afternoon. He predicted accurately how much time it would take to install. Zach walked my husband through the new devices. Zach's service was prompt, fairly priced, and most importantly, very customer friendly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for service or hardware.

We hired Silver Technology to do some work at a small office. The work he did was fine, but when we tried to contact him to come back and finish some work and do some additional work, he did not respond in a timely manner. We had to send several e-mails requesting he contact us and did not hear back from him for 3 or 4 days. I'm sure he would work out fine for someone who needed him for a one time fix, but not for a small office situation when you need work completed in a more timely manner.

On 01/07/2013 and 01/08/2013 I left messages trying to get an appointment for service on my computers. As of today, one week later, I have gotten no reply. Needless to say I found someone that came out today to do the job. Cannot review, just stating the facts.

Company provides excellent customer service up until the work is completed. They will not respond to any follow up questions directly related to the work preformed. In additon Silver Technology Consultants stated that the router that was purchased through them was uniformly priced however afterwards I found the same router from numerous companies for half the price that I was charged.

They did a good job and we are very pleased with them.

I am very pleased with Zach and the services he provided. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new computer. He was here on time and the computer was ready when he said it would be. And the fact that he came to my home and I didn't have to lug this to a mall was a big plus. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Zach

I have been extremely pleased with all the service we have received from Silver Technology Consultants. They have helped us with selecting and setting up a new computer. They also clean my old computer (thought I need to buy a new one). It is now running so fast that I do not need to purchase a new computer. I could not recommend them more highly.

They are very good. I really like Zack. He answered everything very quickly, is always available and is just great!

I ordered this service for my daughter-in-law so that it would be convenient for her at home with 2 babies. Zach was very quick to respond by phone and made an appointment for that same week to come to house and go over details and take computer to be worked on. He suggested some things to do and not do, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet very personable at the same time. He returned the computer a few days later than expected because he had a death in the family, but was quick to communicate the changes which were not a problem for us. I would absolutely call him again for any computer work--so convenient to come to the house and exceptional work!

I liked him. He did excellent work. He did a lot work beyond what we had originally called him about. If I have any computer problems, I wouldn't hesitate at all to use him again. He was really warm and friendly. He explained everything to you while he was doing it. He doesn't mind you looking over his shoulder so you can learn stuff.

First of all, I'm not tech savy. So when my desktop wouldn't start, first I panicked and then I went to Angie's list. Great to find a service that comes to you and quickly (next day). When it was clear that the computer wasn't salvagable, they were able to order me a comparable one and transfer all my data from the old machine. It was over a weekend but essentially in 3 days time, I had a new desktop and it was like nothing had ever happened. I now have a go-to company for computer issues!

Everything was great! Zach accommodated us and allowed me to use our deal coupon past the exp. date; he responded promptly to emails and arrived on time. It all went very smoothly and easily. Many of our complicated issues had been already solved last year with another tech found on A.L., but we did have some remaining details to take care of. Since we were not certain what programs were needed or not, we had Zach go through our applications, downloads, programs, etc. to determine what could be dumped. We actually finished early and Zach told us to call him anytime if we had other questions. Our computer is in optimum shape now, which is really necessary for an older model.

We bought an Angie's List Big Deal for two hours of Zach's time for half the normal rate. He was helpful and informative.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal and it worked out great! Zack was very responsive and offered really helpful suggestions. We had purchased two hours of his service and he was interested in giving us our moneys worth. I was impressed with his knowledge and his customer service. He will be our first call in the future!

My computer had been extremely slow and I was also getting redirected to other websites other than the link I was clicking on. I was also having trouble opening some documents and emails as well. Zach came in and immediately diagnosed the problem. He took the computer for a rebuild - cleaned up the hard drive and reinstalled what I needed and it is so much faster. It took him one day. He also installed a new (and free) virus protection program. I had him install the new Microsoft Suite for an additional $150.00. Zach was professional and explained what was needed and why. I will without a doubt use Silver Tech services again.

Zach Silver @ Silver Tech. Consultants visited my home to evaluate my PC problem. The PC was infected with a virus and was not responding to anything I tried. He took my PC offsite and rebuilt it entirely. He delivered my PC back to me in 48 hours, and set it back up. Zach was able to restore the data on my hard drive and speed up my processor, so the PC was actually running faster than before. I would have spent hours on the phone with PC tech support, and wouldn't have gotten the same results. I was very pleased with his service and fast response.
