They were topnotch. Their estimated price was around $9000. I received two other estimates, and I have not made a decision yet on whom to choose.

The work was very professionally done. The results greatly improved the appearance of our house.

Great workmanship. My only complaint was that they didn't notify us in advance of when they'd be doing the work. But once they did arrive, everything went very smoothly. I'm pleased with the result. The pavers look like new again.

Very well, I would use them again and have received a quote for additional work.

We spent about $4,000 on that work. One of the owners came out to estimate the job for us and lay out the basic shape of the patios and mark it and paint it. A couple days later they sent out a crew to do all the landscaping and brick work and they were in and out in one day.

They were quick to answer the phone and gave us the estimate slightly higher than the competitor's. However, they were able to come down to match the price. Job was done quickly as promised. So far work looks good.

A great experience all around! Bob McMahon was able to come out promptly to give us an estimate and made great suggestions. He was also a nice, friendly guy. When compared against other companies, PPP's estimate was the best by far and they were able to start work much sooner and in less time. When the time began to start the work we asked them to do add a few extra square feet of bricks and they did not give us any problem at all. The brickwork looks better than we expected and they left us no mess whatsoever. Great job!

RETURNED ALL PHONE CALLS AND KEPT APPT. TIMES. VERY PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY AND THE JOB. GAVE ME MORE INFO THAN I REALLY NEEDED. PRICE WAS GOOD TOO. I WAS MOST IMPRESSED BY THE WORKERS WHO CAME TO PUT IN THE PATIO. THEY ASKED ME HOW I WANTED CERTAIN THINGS DONE ON THE PATIO RESULTING IN MORE WORK FOR THEM, BUT THEY DID IT WITHOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN A SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM. THEY PAID VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL TOO AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I'D WORK WITH THESE GUYS AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE FALL, AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO PERFORM THE WORK AT THAT TIME. I BEGAN CALLING IN THE SPRING, AND AFTER A NUMBER OF UNRETURNED PHONE CALLS, FINALLY REACHED THE SALESPERSON. THE WORK WAS NOT PERFORMED WHEN PROMISED, BUT WITHIN AN ACCEPTABLE TIME FRAME. HOWEVER, MY CONTRACT SPECIFICALLY STATED THAT THE ANTIQUE PAVERS BE BROWN, NOT RED. WHEN I RETURNED HOME THE DAY THE WORK WAS DONE, I SAW I HAD RECEIVED RED PAVERS. THE COMPANY RETURNED ONCE TO CHANGE OUT SOME PAVERS, WHICH HELPED BUT DID NOT RESOLVE THE COLOR ISSUE. MORE IMPORTANTLY, MANY OF THE PAVERS ARE BROKEN, CRACKED OR PARTIAL, LEAVING HUGE GAPS. WHILE I EXPECTED THE PAVERS TO BE USED AND DISTRESSED, I NEVER AGREED TO PARTIAL OR BROKEN PAVERS. THE COMPANY HAS CONSISTENTLY NOT RETURNED PHONE CALLS, AND WAITED MORE THAN A MONTH TO RESPOND TO MY WRITTEN PROPOSAL FOR RESOLUTION. I WAS NEVER ASKED TO APPROVE THE COLOR, AND CERTAINLY DO NOT ACCEPT THE POOR QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.

THE SERVICEMAN NEVER KEPT HIS APPOINTMENTS, DOESN'T KNOW MY ADDRESS, AND ONLY CARES ABOUT A SIGNED CONTRACT.

I WAITED FOR THEM AND THEY WERE A NO CALL, NO SHOW.

MR. MCMANN WAS PROMPT TO RETURN MY PHONE CALL AND KEPT HIS APPOINTMENT WITH ME ON TIME. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY IN TELLING ME THE JOB WAS NOT SOMETHING HE COULD DO.

I EXPECTED MY MAIN CONTACT TO COME OUT THE DAY THE JOB STARTED AND REVIEW THE PLAN WITH ME AND WITH THE CREW, BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO MAKE IT. THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION WITH THE CREW AS TO WHAT WAS REQUIRED (THEIR ENGLISH WAS SOMEWHAT LIMITED), BUT THE CONTACT DID COME OUT LATER THAT DAY AND WAS IN CONTACT WITH US VIA PHONE AFTER THAT. I GOT THE FEELING I THOUGHT THIS WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THEY DID. THEIR WORK WAS VERY GOOD AND I AM PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
