Called and made an appointment with Paver Care to come and give an estimate. They showed up on time (In fact 15 minutes early) and explained to my wife and me what was involved and what they were going to do. They showed when promised and finished on time.

We had a 19 year old brick paver patio, that had sunken, and paver stoop off our kitchen. Paver Care came out and estimated the job promptly. They arrived early in the morning on the day agreed upon. They sent a crew of 5 people who removed all pavers from the patio area. They rebuilt the surface with gravel and sand to level the ground out. They than replaced all existing pavers. They reattached pavers that had fallen off the stoop. The area was completely cleaned up after the work. They even put the patio furniture back on. Approximately 1&1/2 weeks later they returned to power wash the entire area. The following day they arrived to spread more sand and seal the area. Everything was cleaned up and there was no damage to plantings around the patio. I had quotes from other companies and everyone wanted to "oversell" me. I was told that pavers need replacing, I needed a bigger patio, and the edges all needed to be re-done. Paver Care was the only vendor that did exactly what we asked at a very reasonable cost. We are very pleased!

The first week of April, I hired Paver Care to clean and seal our paver bricks and repair a sagging front step. I paid half down, and was told someone would be in touch in the next day or two to schedule. Three weeks went by with no contact. They?d already cashed my $600 deposit check though. I called Paver Care, and was told I was on the schedule for early May. The first guys came out to repair the front step, which so far looks good. It?s hard to say if the step will sag again, but at this point it looks fine. After that, someone came out to clean the bricks. That also seemed to go well, although when they washed the old sand from between the bricks, it went everywhere. It?s sticky, so I still have some of it on the side of my house and windowsills. I think I?ll be digging that stuff out of my yard for a while too. Someone came a few days later to resand and seal the bricks.The front walkway and steps went fine, and look good. The only issue I have is that when they re-sanded the brick, there was a lot of overflow into the yard. So along with all the old sand from the cleaning, my yard now has a bunch of new sand on top of it. We had to clean and re-seed the lawn in those areas. Since there was some mud on the back walkway and patio (which wasn?t Paver Care?s fault), we had to reschedule another cleaning beforeit could be sealed. A few days later someone was back out to finish the job. However, the back patio now has black streaks over large parts of it. Someone from the company came out to look at it. He doesn?t know what it is, but said they?d take care of it for no additional charge. He said he?d call when he got back to the office to schedule it. I told him I needed to get it taken care of in a timely manner. I also mentioned to him the amount of old and new sand that was everywhere, and that I was having a hard time cleaning it all. He said someone would be out the next day to help clean it up. No one ever showed up, and no one?s ever called me again. That was about a month ago. They sent me a bill for another $800, but I haven?t paid it because the job?s not done. I?d rather use the money to find another company to take care of the black streaking, because I don?t want to work with a company that?s so unreliable. It?s been raining a lot, so I?m sure it?s hard to schedule things. But it doesn?t affect how well the phones work. There?s no reason why someone couldn?t have called me. And the fact that I fell through the cracks on two separate occasions makes me disinclined to overlook it. The black streaking wouldn?t bother me if they remedied the problem in a timely manner. And maybe having sand everywhere is unavoidable ? I don?t know ? but since he told me someone would be out to clean it, I expected someone to be out to clean it. When no one showed up or even called, I realized the company was not a good fit for us. Everyone I spoke to from the company was pleasant and professional, and I chose the company specifically because of their excellent reputation on Angie?s List. Presumably this experience is anomalous, but since it happened to me, from my perspective it?s the only one that matters. I wouldn?t use Paver Care again or recommend them because, in my experience, they were not reliable.

Other than a rain delay in the middle of the project, which Pavercare informed me could slow the process down slightly, the entire project took three working days, as promised. The workers did a great job in minimizing any mess and the finished project was completed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Pavercare.

The crew was amazing. They worked very hard, pulled up and stacked all the old brick. Laid a new base and then relaid all the old brick. They cleaned up beautifully when they were done and haller away the broken brick and stone. My husband and I are thrilled with how the job turned out. Other companies that we contacted only wanted to pull up the old brick, toss it and then lay new pavers. We really wanted to save the old brick- we love the look of it. A very positive experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

I called them about my paver driveway. They were punctual, professional, very friendly and informative. I did not use them for the work because I eventually had a friend who is also a contractor help me perform the job, but would have considered them if this was not the case. I've had bad experiences with punctuality and communication with some of these contractors so it was a nice change of pace.

Our patio had 2 problems. Due to uneven settling, ponding occurred after most rain storms. Second, there was moss and weeds growing between many of the bricks. The existing bricks were removed, and the patio was landscaped to allow for proper drainage. After the bricks were relaid using polymeric sand, they were cleaned and sealed, Also, the steps from the house to the patio were raised to repair uneven settling. Since the patio work was completed, we have had some significant rains, and the patio drained perfectly. With the weeds/moss removal along with the cleaning and sealing of the bricks, the patio looks terrific.

This was the second time we utilized Paver Care. Both experiences were extremely positve. TC showed up on time for the estimate and was easy to deal with. Workers showed up as scheduled and on time. All work was performed in a proffesional manner. They cleaned up when they were done. Patio looks like brand new.

They showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. The only thing I was surprised about was they left without giving me a bill and sent it in the mail which I am not used to. They did a good job and didn't leave a mess or anything. The estimator showed up on time as well. They got in and got out and no fuss.

I contacted several contractors on Angie's List. Out of 3 that came out, TC from Paver Care was the best. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He was always prompt getting back to me when I had questions throughout the entire process. We ended up having to go with permeable pavers because of our new village codes. The codes state that we can't have more than 50% of our lot covered with non-permeable materials. We had existing concrete that was about 11x16 and then a wooden deck on the ground that was about 20x16. The wood was starting to rot and screws were coming out. My kids were always running on the deck so I knew it was time to get a new patio. TC and his crew were great. They were prompt every day, cleaned up after themselves and made a couple of extra trips to make things just right at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them and I actually used them on my next project which was running gutter downspouts away from the house underground to keep water away from my foundation. The crew did a great job with this project too.

Very professional, showed up on time and did a great job. I got quotes from a lot of different companies and these guys were the best.

The estimate was prompt and they did the work on the day promised. Our walkway looks so much better. We are already planning to use the company to fix and seal our backyard patio in the spring.

I met with T.C., the owner of Pavercare for an estimate to do the work described. It was explained that the work would be done in two steps; the repair of the drivesway and patio pavers, including the rebuilding of a short wall in the patio area and followed up with the power washing and sealing of the paverbricks.The repair phase of the project was very disappointing. Areas of our lawn were "burned" by the crew cutting bricks and then laying down their saws on the lawn. Two sprinkler heads were broken. I contacted T.C. to bring this to his attention and he apologized and said that he would mention it to the crew supervisor, as they were to return the next day to complete the repair phase. He even offered to have his crew repair the burned aresa with sod. The next day his crew returned and within twenty minutes, his crew was once again laying their saws on the lawn, with the same damaging results. I immediately told the Supervisor and the work continued with no other problems.The powerwashing and sealing, performed by a different crew, went well.Bottom line....The completed job looks great, just plan on babysitting the workcrew while they do their job.

The owner of the company came at exactly the time promised for the estimate and gave us a written estimate on the spot. After he gave us the estimate I mentioned Angies List and he gave me an instant $175 discount, so that more than made my Angies List membership fee worthwhile. I told the owner of the company that I wanted the job completed before May 3rd, when my sister would be visiting from overseas. He told me orginally he couldn't get to the job until after May14th as he was booked up, and, as the job had to dry out for 2 days after the pressure washing and we had been having and been promised a lot of rain. However, the paver people came out the following day and re set my front walkway. the rest of the project was completed over a 3 day period about two weeks later and, at least a week before my sister arrived from England. My patio and pathways look brand new in top shape. My only regret (and it's my own fault) is that I had some oil blotches on the patio pavers from a guest who was BBQing and dripped oily marinade on several paver bricks. After the power washing, the grease spots were still visible and I tried removing them with a de greaser and they didn't budge. I should have phoned the company to ask if they could have used something to remove the grease spots prior to the sealing - but I didn't so now I have a few spots that detract from the overall perfect job.I'm pleased with this company and would recommend them as concientious hardworking and true to their word.

I really wanted a terrific job, and I got it. The firm was very honest, investigated the solutions, did not push for work that was not needed, and completed the entire job in one day with a very nice cleanup. Excellent work. it held up beautifully in the winter. Re-used the brick I had. It looks like a new house. I imagined at least a week long ordeal, but 1 day to quote and determine the effort, and the next day to do it all, was amazing.

Overall they did a very good job, pavers turned out beautiful. The process took a little longer than I anticipated but the result was worth the wait.

It went very well. Their worker did an excellent job. He was punctual and courteous. the first power washer he had di not work too well. So, the job was delayed a little for him to go back to the shop to get another power washer.

Overall it went very well. The patio looks like new and the brackets that needed to be replaced were. Had a time constraint in that I needed the work done before an outdoor graduation party. He more than met the deadline. Was a little concerned that there was a delay in paperwork and thought that might impact my starting time, but the contractor was a man of his word. Have a few little weeds coming up, but when called to inquire, the receptionist said that they would have some one come look. That was last week, haven't seen anyone yet, but expect too

I rec'd a flyer in the mail and since I had already contacted several brick paver companies and gotten little interest or very high quotes, I decided to check them out. TC came over a couple of days after I called, and we discussed the three things that were needed: repairs, cleaning and sealing. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. From the time we paid the deposit to the time the work was finished was 3 weeks. The actual work was only 1 week but we were in the queue for 2 weeks. I am very happy with the work they did, and the price. The communications could have been a little better, but all-in-all, it was a very positive experience and I would use them again.
