Description of Work: A guy named "TC" came out to our house approx 6 weeks ago to take a look at patio and driveway pavers

Description of Work: Came out as scheduled after 3 week wait. Was told would be out within a couple of weeks but never ever heard again after they came out. Why come out, provide a quote, have me agree to work and then never ever hear from them again. Very disappointed. Waste of my time.

Description of Work: Our paver patio had become uneven in several places and also needed repair for some broken bricks. A good portion of the bricks were removed, sand added and replaced. We also had the entire patio clean and sealed. It looks beautiful. The work men were prompt,detailed and clean. Everything that had dirt spatter on it from the cleaning was hosed off and cleaned. The patio looks beautiful.

Description of Work: We were very excited about this company for some work we wanted done on our patio, as they seemed to have exactly what we were looking for. When scheduling the estimate, they insisted on the time for the appt as they'd be in the area and told us we didn't need to be there, even though we thought we should be to be sure they understood the need and ask any questions. They seemed like a great company so we proceeded. They came out as scheduled and left the estimate, which didn't quite capture the request (this wouldn't have happened if we'd been there) and then we never heard firm them. We figured that if business is so good that they don't need to follow up in estimates to turn them into jobs we could find another provider who would be more interested in our business.

Description of Work: Re-leveled sunken pavers and re-grout with sand.

Description of Work: We had Pavercare perform several services for us: remove and re-set pavers that had settled; clean all of our paver stone patio; and seal the pavers. The work performed was excellent -- everything looks wonderful and the work site was left clean and neat. The re-setting of settled pavers was challenging because of changing elevations but the finished job looked better than when we had the pavers installed originally. The stained pavers and weeds in the cracks were cleaned up and the matte-finish sealant looks great. Our only problem with Pavercare was in obtaining a refund of an overpayment. On numerous occasions we were told the responsible person was out of the office, that a message would be passed along, and that a check was being sent right away -- but we were forced to continue pursuing the matter for several months. We finally did receive the refund check and the matter is closed now. While the refund was not sizeable, how the Pavercare management handled the situation was unprofessional and inconsistent with the work they performed. So be more careful when dealing with Pavercare on payments than I was! I would use them again but I would make sure I didn't err on my payment next time.

Description of Work: TC gave me an estimate on retaining wall repairs, rear and front patio repairs, cleaning, sanding and sealing. The estimate was provided in a timely manner. They completed the work in lighting quick time. They were very professional and I did not have any complaints. Will use them again in future.
