The amount for the job all together was less than $200 (I think) including the extra areas not included in the Big Deal promotion. The 2 guys arrived on time. They were both courteous and did a great job on really dirty carpeting, plus, the carpet is (off) white! Really pleased with the price and how good the carpet looked afterward. Thanks guys.

I found this company through the "deals" section of Angie's List. I studied their reviews and took the plunge. GREAT WORK!! The guys showed up online, were professional, and finished quickly. The job was done VERY VERY well. I had extra area that needed cleaning beyond the coupon, and it was quite reasonably priced. Some extra stains in my son's roomed were given special treatment and came out great. I was VERY VERY impressed with the care the gentlemen took with my furniture and walls. They brought corner protectors as to not damage the walls with their hoses and equipment (this is the first carpet cleaning group I have EVER used that had this added feature-and I would never hire a group without them in the future). YES!! I HIGHLY recommend these folks. Thank you!!

Professional, timely and did a good job cleaning the tile. I was hoping they would be able to get the "dog smell" out of the carpeting more but understanibly did the best they could. The carpet looked good and the tile was much better than before. I would use them again.

I had purchased a deal from Custom Care on Angie's List. I had called them and left a message after I made the purchase and they were very quick to get back to me and set up the appointment. They were very accommodating to my schedule. I had carpet that was heavily soiled by pet stains and they took the extra time and effort to really work the areas to make sure they were able to clean every area efficiently. The 2 guys that came out explained what they would be doing and that they would spend extra time on the necessary areas. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned professionally. I would definitely use them again.

The entire process was seamless from start to finish. I set up the appointment with Joe, but the day of he had van troubles so we had to reschedule. We were trying to have the carpets cleaned prior to moving into our new home and due to the rescheduling the only open day I had was the Sunday before we moved. Although they do not usually work on Sundays, Joe was kind enough to let me schedule my appointment for that day. They did a wonderful job and the carpets looked as good as new.

He was very responsive and gave me a lot of dates for when he could come to my home. He was very accommodating to what my needs were. He has great customer service.

The team arrived promptly. They put up corner guards to protect walls from hose marks. They informed me that they don't move ANY furniture, not even lightweight items (very light coffee table, love seat etc) thus they never got behind the sofa etc. Very dissappointing as other companies provide the service. I'm not expecting they move big heavy bedroom furniture, but since I can move the loveseat and coffee table myself, they should have dont the same. Very disappointed.

CCC was the first provider to even call us back. They were prompt and did a fantastic job getting the water out of the basement and getting the carpet dry. Their prompt response enabled us to save our carpet and drywall. Our insurance adjuster was amazed at the work they did and was very complimentary of their professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.

This company was great. Very professional to deal with. Their prices are reasonable. And their work is top notch. Our home's carpets needed a good cleaning and when they were finished, it looked and smelled brand new. I will use them again when it's time to clean our carpets.
