They showed up when expected. Also called to let us know that they were on the way. They did an excellent job and even did the stair Runner at no extra charge. We gladly paid a little more than average to get above average service and results. We would definitely use: Custom Care Cleaning & Restoration again. We would also highly recommend them if you care about results and appreciate value quality workmanship and professionalism.

The team showed up on time, walked me through the process and kept me informed of the progress as they went along. They took the time to move some furniture and did a great job. You can see the difference in the carpeting. I will use them again, great value and great service.

It was fine. They were very professional and very organized. They're very good in cleanups. There were some small spots I afterwards I noticed where they didn't seem to get totally to the edge of the grout. The price was very good.

Everything went fine and they did a nice job. The only thing I'd suggest to other purchasers is to make sure you know what is and is not included in the deal if you use it as it does not include some other services that they can provide such as furniture moving that are also more time consuming and expensive. This is not a complaint at all. Just make sure you know the scope of what is being delivered. I was still pleased with the results and the value and they were prompt and easy to schedule. I'd likely use them again.

It was fine. It was good. They came on time. It didn't take as long as I think they initially thought it was going to take. They were quick. They accommodated a couple of extra little things I wanted done. They made it all work. It looks clean. I think they did a good job. They were very punctual. They were really helpful and they were very knowledgeable. They're nice. I have nothing to compare it to.

Overall I am very pleased. The Big Deal I bought was for flooring only, which I knew in advance. I paid approx $1 per SF for the shower stall which was a bargain considering the years and years of neglect from previous owners. They could not get it all clean, but they did a very good job (which is why they got a B overall rating). The cost to re-caulk is $5 per linear foot which seemed a bit high but it saved me from having to do it. In our tub they had to come back twice as the original caulk either cracked or had an air hole. While this may be seen as an inconvenience, they guys were such a pleasure to work with and so willing to accommodate to get it done right, I fully felt they were doing all they could to remedy the situation. In the end, it looks good. Communication was a breeze, either by phone or email. I also felt safe having them working in my home with minimal supervision while my family was home, something that may sound basic, but makes a world of difference. Ultimately I would recommend and use this company again!

Rick and Greg just left, and I wanted to get this off before I let too much time pass. They were both extremely pleasant, professional, punctual and did a super job. The rugs all look really great, and the few puppy stains on a couple are now completely removed. They worked hard and well together. The whole job took about 1.5 hours. Rick told me that the rugs would be almost dry within a couple of hours, and in the meantime to wear socks, slippers etc in the house and not to track debris in from outside till dry. Rick even cleaned my foyer rug in front of the door! They were very good about moving furniture and placing protective plastic underneath the legs of all that touched the carpet before they left. I highly recommend the company and Rick and Greg without any hesitation. Thank you!!!!!

The guys were very nice, but for $149 I felt I didn't the get service i believed I bought in the advertisement. Cleaning grout in no way means "restoring" to me, maybe I"m the idiot. I had to pay another company $200 to come and do the group repair, so I'm $350 into this.

Rick and Greg were a little late arriving but everything else went fine. Tile and Grout look like new and they even did a little extra caulking at no charge because they were late. Since we were pleased with the tile job I scheduled our carpeting to be cleaned, which they did on 8/14/15. Their rates were in line with others we have used and we received a discount on the carpet cleaning due to their arrival time on the tile work. Very pleased with their workmanship and ease of doing business. We will definitely use Custom Care Cleaning in the future!

The guys were great! We were painting, sanding floors and having carpet cleaned and they were great at providing insight into what order these things should be done in. they showed up on time, were very professions, worked quickly and thoroughly.
