I am not sure why this seems to be a problem with soooooo many service providers. If they had called me, I wouldn't have to rush what I was doing so that I could be home for them...and they wouldn't be getting a review like this.

+ -1 moreFirstly, if there were a way to give Joe a higher rating than an A for responsiveness, professionalism, etc, I absolutely would. I am a Realtor and had a unit from which a tenant had just vacated. The owners of the unit were left with carpet that hadn't even been vacuumed in one year. Joe was so prompt with his replies and did everything he could to accommodate my sense of urgency, I cannot thank him enough. The job that was done was fantastic, too. The carpet looks great! I now have a new "carpet guy" to refer to my fellow agents and my clients. Thanks, Joe!

They did exactly what they promised and didn't try to charge for any additional fees or services. I had a very short window of vacancy in my unit and they worked with me to get it done before my new renters moved in. I will be using them again.

+ -1 moreIt went fine, except for a couple of things. I was surprised that one of the bathroom floors, the grout did not look as clean as the other one that was cleaned. The reason I was surprised, is that that bathroom was remodeled later than the one that looked cleaner. The other item that bothered me is that they left water stains from the hoses that they used on the wood floor outside one of the bathrooms. I have called the company three times without a response. I have also emailed them. While I said "yes" about using them in the future, I'm not sure.

+ -1 moreI had the entire house cleaned and the carpeting looks brand new. I have a not so expensive wool rug in my entry way and they used less water on it as to not ruin it. It looks beautiful! The representatives were nice, professional and even came a little earlier than promised. I am thrilled to have found this company and will definitely call them back in the future.
Description of Work: I originally signed up for an Angie's deal and decided to add on additional areas of carpet to be cleaned. When the representatives arrived they measured the carpet included in the deal and then measured the additional areas I wanted cleaned and gave me the additional cost. The original price was great and the additional cost was very reasonable.

+ -1 moreI think I described it pretty completely in the previous section. Bottom line, paid way too much for way too little service.
Description of Work: I purchased an AL deal which was " $141 for 4 Rooms (up to 800 sq. ft.) Cleaned PLUS Deodorizing and Protection." The first appointment was cancelled because they had urgent flood remediation related to recent rains. Didn't get a call back until almost a week later. When the crew arrived (nice guys), I mentioned that the service included deodorizing - they did not appear to have any idea of what that even referred to. They then proceeded to explain that the living room wasn't a single room, but two (and thus an added charge) and the hallway and steps were separate - additional - charges. I should point out that, since I hadn't moved in, there was only one small piece of furniture and three floor lamps in the whole house and the carpet was pretty clean - the deodorizing what was important to me. The result is that I paid more than twice the coupon amount for about an hour of cleaning by a crew of two and no deodorizing. Way too much.
