It was fine. I thought they did a good job. The reason I selected them was because of the Deal on Angie's List.

Joe and Tom? came at the schedule time agreed upon. They cleaned approx. 800 sq. ft of carpet in my great room and dining room. They had all the proper equipment needed and they took care to put up plastic corners at each door frame so no wood would get damaged while they were using their hose to clean the carpet. They also cleaned my couch and two wing back chairs. The furniture had never been cleaned and was in dire need of a good cleaning or needed to be re-upholstered. While cleaning the couch, they showed me how the dirt was being pulled out by the water they were using from their hose and in to their machine. Joe did tell me, depending on the fabric sometimes the process works really well and sometimes it doesn't. After they left, I understood what he meant. The fabric was still wet, yet it seemed due to the type of fabrics used for the couch and wing back chairs the furniture looked only slightly better. I was a little disappointed but figured I try cleaning the fabric first. Since this didn't work , I would either get the pieces re-upholstered or buy new furniture. The next day the fabric on the furniture was completely dried and I couldn't believe how different they looked. All three pieces looked almost new. I was really surprised and pleased I wouldn't have to do anything. So now I am enjoying my new clean furniture, along with my new clean carpet.

Custom Care made our old carpets look much better than we could have with a rented machine. They were in and out within a couple hours and the place looks great!

Everything went quite well. My old, light colored carpeting is nice and clean. Cat stains are gone. Other stains are gone. A high traffic area that was quite soiled is now about 90% clean. I'm quite happy with the 90%. I was concerned that I wouldn't get it half way improved. Joe is very knowledgable about various carpet fibers, types of soil, etc. I'm impressed, I think the price was right, and I will use again.

Workmen were friendly. Called ahead to let us know they would arrive in 15 minutes. Worked carefully and efficiently. The furniture that was moved was moved carefully. Most importantly, the work is great.

the guys did a great job of cleaning. even got a couple of spots that I felt were permanent. moved around furniture to access entire carpet. provided on spot quotation to clean area that wasn't on the cleaning plan

My carpeting is 17 years old. It was excellent quality and has lasted all these years although it does show wear in the traffic areas. Biggest problem is stains. I've had three dogs during these 17 years. All were housebroken and would never do anything indoors, EXCEPT when two of them became seriously ill and were put on steroid medications that changed their behavior. As a result there were urine stains. Custom Care was able to remove the stains and my carpeting looks better than it has in many years.

It was good. They got the job done in about 2 hours. The scheduling was easy.

Four days after installing new carpet, I spilled a dark green breakfast smoothie on my new living room carpet. The smoothie was a mixture of spinach, carrots, cherries, banana and flax seed. I called two service providers from Angie's list. Joe from Custom Care Cleaning was the most knowlegable and responsive. He clearly is a "textile expert". The stain was completely removed and looks brand new. They dried the carpet after cleaning the stain to ensure it did not reappear once the carpet was dry. They also gave me a bottle of stain remover. I will definitely be using this company to clean my carpet. Another factor that was so impressive was how fast they came out. Thanks Joe & Rick.

What a pleasure to work with Custom Care Cleaning! I am so impressed by the how they completed our carpet cleaning. They look like new! A difficult task after being soiled with coffee stains, toddler stains and dog stains. They were very easy to work with, quick to respond and schedule and reasonably priced. Rick and Bernardo were on-site and completed the job in about an hour and a half. They were very cordial and professional as well as answered my questions. They also offered recommendations for a small tear in our carpeting. Very pleased with every part of the process and would absolutely use them in the future.

I asked for a certain number of rooms and it was more than the deal requirement so I spent probably another $100. I think they did a great job.

They were great. I would definitely use them again. I have some kind of sensitivities and concerns about chemical odors. They were very helpful with making sure that there would be no problem and they were very understanding. They also did a beautiful job with the carpets including getting out some pet stains, which was appreciated. The owner himself spoke with me about the chemical sensitivities and was very understanding. I appreciate that he was so accessible. I had actually been looking for a new company for carpet cleaning and I was really happy to find them.

The professionals that provided the carpet cleaning were prompt, courteous and truly professional. What a great job they did on our less than perfect carpet and went above and beyond our expectations. I feel like we got such a deal for the quality of work provided.

They arrived on time and were polite. They worked efficiently using a system from a truck. They were able to remove a few stains that had been around for a while and gave me some suggestions for removing small future stains. My (old) carpet looks really good now!

Great. No Problems. All work was done very professionally. Workers were very courteous and respectful of our home. Carpet, rugs and furniture turned out beautifully. We would use this company again in the future.

Guys did an excellent job! I would use this provider again, without exception. I even tipped them for a job done well. I think they mace have rushed the last two steps, but I was able to use a spot treatment and get them clean. I'll have to re-scotchguard those, but not worth complaining about. Overall, they did a great job!

It went well. My basement was a little less in terms of square footage vs. the Deal footage allowed, so I was able to get stairs cleaned as well for not much more. Guys were friendly and prompt.

The men were here at 11:30 as agreed upon. They were professional and courteous of our things. They brought in all their equipment including the long hose.They worked very well. They spot treated some areas then finished cleaning all the carpeting. They had special guards for the wall corners so the hose would not damage anything. The only thing I wasn't too pleased with was their measuring of rooms. We have a small house and we did not clear out all of the furniture so there was mostly walkable space - not an entire room. Basically they measured the entire room and charged us for any extras based on that. Otherwise the job was done well and we are happy.
