Description of Work: Professional. High-Quality Service. It was such a pleasure working with Joe and his team. After a huge remodeling project, you can imagine how dirty my carpets and rugs were throughout the house. Thanks to Custom Care Cleaning & Restoration they are cleaners than ever! I was so pleased with the services the company provided that I will definitely use them again!!

Description of Work: These guys came right on time, did good work and were very courteous. I had to run errands while they were at our home and asked if they could give me a 20 minute warning when they were nearing completion. They happily obliged and did just that so I could head home and be there right when they were done. I quickly looked over their work, which was great, and they gave me some pointers and best practices before leaving. | |I would 100% utilize their services again.

Description of Work: Purchased a 4 room deal for $121 and added a hallway and flight of stairs for $84. The company was quick to respond to schedule the appointment after I purchased the deal via Angie's List. Joe (he might be the owner) also quickly answered a question I had regarding the approximate cost to clean a flight of stairs and hallway. Two workers came to do the job. One of them was polite the other guy not so much. The one gave me a hard time when I asked if they would move our master bed to one side of the room, clean the carpet, then push it back so that the entire carpet got cleaned. I didn't think it was a huge request but he told me they wouldn't do it because it was a king bed. I said no problem, I would just take the mattress and box spring off so they could access all the carpet. He pushed back on that too and said they can reach "most" of it without removing the mattress so no need. I wanted "all" of it cleaned and not "some" of it cleaned so I said I would just remove the mattress for them. It wasn't so much what was said but his tone/attitude during the 3 min conversation just wasn't very pleasant and left a bad impression. He left the room and the other gentlemen (the polite one) who was listening to the entire conversation offered to help me move the mattress. The stairs turned out really nice but there were a few spots in the bedrooms and hallway that weren't cleaned very well. | |Rating: B to B+ for quality of work and a mixed review for customer service (D for the rude gentleman and an A for the polite/helpful worker and Joe). | |Overall not a horrible experience but I will probably choose a different company next time to see if they can do a better job cleaning the spots in the bedroom/hallway. Hoping better pretreatment or different equipment will be more effective at removing the spots they missed/couldn't. |

Description of Work: The guys that came to the house were great. Very nice. The rug was wet, though, for almost 3 days. I would still use them again. My carpets are old and they look great.

Description of Work: Bought the 4 rooms for $121 Angie's List special. When they arrived we added 2 sets of stairs and another room, which came to an extra $128. The workers showed up about 30 minutes after the agreed upon time. They were very personable, very pleasant and did thorough, professional job. They took as much time as required to do the job right and did not rush through. Results look very good so far. We would definitely use them again.
