My living room carpet had a huge stain, about 10 sq. ft., from trying to clean up pet damage, stairs had several small stains from spilled food, den had several small coffee stains. They removed them all and all my carpeting looks brand new,

Description of Work: I needed the entire first floor (living, dining, hallways and 3 bedrooms) cleaned, with a lot of spots in the living room/dining room/kitchen area from three grandchildren. Joe came for an estimate and was very informative. Then two of his staff came and did the cleaning on the arranged date. They were very professional and efficient. Several days later I called again because several very difficult spots reappeared. They came out and worked on those spots until the spots were gone. I am very pleased with the result, and would definately hire them again. Maybe include the lower level commerical carpet in the process.
