Description of Work: Joe came to my house gave me an accurate estimate. He came back a few days later and cleaned the carpets. The carpets came out great - even the high traffic areas. Plus, I was in the middle of moving in and they were able to accommodate my schedule.

 + 0 morePrompt, reasonable estimate, good discount ( 30% if done in Jan. or Feb.). Arrived in quoted time slot. I didn't know how to prepare house for cleaning so moved what I thought necessary. I was told that they would do as much of closet as was free of items and this would remove the line that occurs at the door but I found this was not done in Master Bedroom. Was able to do it with spot cleaner so didn't call them to come back. Would use again!

 + -1 moreThey arrived in the time frame that they gave me. They vacuumed, and steam cleaned my carpet which had not been cleaned in many, many years. Joe the owner explained the different products that were used and why they used them. They treated a grease spot left by an old recliner, and the main traffic area in my living room and hallway. By the next day the spot was gone and my thick 8 year old carpet was dry and looks and feels brand new. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet in the Living Room and Hallway and Stairs. Treated spots and reapplied Scotch Guard to my carpets.

 + 0 moreThey moved any furniture that was needed to be moved. They worked around all the pets I have in my house. They cleaned the hallways and bedrooms and then the stairs. They then cleaned the couch. They worked quickly and efficiently.
Description of Work: I had a couch cleaned and carpets on my stairs and hallways and a bedroom. I also had a deodorizer used. They did a great job cleaning some really bad pet stains. The carpets were dry in a few hours and so was the couch. Nothing stayed wet for a long period of time like I have had in the past with other companies. They showed up when they said they would and were very professional while they were here.

 + 0 moreThey were very accommodating to my chemical sensitivity problem. Joe Naleck made several trips and brought me samples of the cleaners so that I could smell them. He gave advice on what he thought would be best to use. He told me what NOT to do that can cause problems. They were very prompt in scheduling me and kept their appointments. Joe was personable and I felt that I could trust him. He is a master textile cleaner (he has taken 8 certification classes) and water restorer.
Description of Work: They cleaned the stair carpets, one easy chair, and 2 sofas.
