Description of Work: I bought the deal but they did not call back.for many days had to cancel my deal.and angel list did this immediately for me.

Description of Work: At the outset, I feel like DM Janitorial's shady business ethic should have tipped me off that something was amiss- they advertised 10% off on Angie's List, and after I inquired about it, I learned that this discount only qualified for repeat customers, which I was not. The personnel sent to clean our home were courteous enough, but I'm concerned that they were not thorough. The kitchen garbage and other trash was left on the back porch. The diaper genies were left full and unattended. They requested that I provide cleaning materials when, in my conversation with a rep the day prior, I was told these would be provided by DM Janitorial. We felt like our money had been wasted. Our regular cleaning woman does a far superior job, and her rate is much less. My advice - find someone else.

Description of Work: General housekeeping. Including everything. Cabinets shelves, crystal, dishes, Celing fans, My house never looked so good. They are friendly and careful. I have a lot of nic-nacks. they are very careful. they come when they say they will. and are also flexabil in scheduling. They come weekly to my home.
