Description of Work: Removed old windows and installed 4-pane bow window. Extraordinary service from beginning to end, even though I made a few changes! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and professional. I was amazed at how quickly job was done. Total cleanup afterward. Still one year later, I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Will County Siding. P.S. Also used them many years ago to install siding. Same positive experience. |

Description of Work: Replaced wind damaged fascia, and nailed down all other existing fascia. | |They came out to give an estimate and then completed the work the following week. We were not even at the house when they came by. They just completed the work and left a copy of the service repair bill. We paid them by check in the mail and everything was great!!!

From Karen who answers the phone and sets the process in motion, to Arnie who estimates the job and sets the date and time for work, all went great. The job was a small one but we were treated as if we were their most important customer. Great quality from start to finish.

 + 0 moreThey are very good. I didn?t go with them because they didn?t have the window I wanted, but they are a very good company. The sales guy was very good too and he wasn?t pushy. He was informative and answered my questions. He was fairly straightforward too. The only thing is that he never called me back which surprised me. His punctuality and professionalism were very good. I would use them again for some other job.

 + -1 moreI received a telephone call back at 7 am on Friday. I was quoted the price and told he could have a crew out today. Two gentlemen arrived by noon, reattached the loose siding and guaranteed that it would no longer come loose. If it does, the company would come back out free of charge and fix the problem. I had the crew evaluate a broken piece of siding we have near our front door. They are going to find a matching piece and they will re-contact me with the details of price and when the work can be done. They were very accommodating and willing to help me get these problems fixed in a timely manner.
Description of Work: I needed to have a run of siding anchored back down after the high winds had knocked it loose and it was flopping in the wind. I had left a voice mail requesting service on Thursday night. I wanted the work completed on Friday, as we were expecting high winds and bad storms on late Friday.
