The guys are great, no need to be home when work is completed. Estimate given, bill left in the door and mailed in the payment. Very easy!

They came, fixed the gutters in two day, cleaned up, and they were done. No problem, no issue. They did good work, were done quickly and professionally.

Great experience overall. Bill was a very responsive and informative salesman. He answered all of our questions; stopped by several times and never made us feel like our questions/concerns were frivolous. The installers were professional and thorough; they did a great job. It was very nice to work with this company.

Their price was the highest so I ended up going with a different company but they were very professional.

The repairman from Will County siding showed up at the promised time. He was able to accomplish the repair without difficulty. I would use Will County siding again because 1)They show up on time and 2)Do good quality work. I have no issues with the work that was performed.

Arnie, the owner, came out and gave an estimate on the project. We had seen work he had done a couple of blocks from us and thought he was worth looking at. We received several quotes from different contractors and his was the most reasonable. Once we were confirmed his team came out and completed the job. The job was done when it was getting cold but they completed it and everything was fine. We there were issues after he had completed the job with the corners leaking. We called and explained to him what we saw and he sent his guys out to fix it. Although, they had to come out a couple of times to refix, they were personable and always professional. That really was the only issue. They actually came out about a month ago to recheck added some more caulking or whatever it is that they put in the gutters for the corners and we have had no issues since. I am letting you know this not because they have bad materials but sometimes mother nature just doesn't cooprate with the materials when they are used outside. I am letting you know this because they came out and fixed the issue and rechecked to make sure we were happy customers. We were pleased with their work and would recommend them and if we had another project we would strongly consider them.

The sales person talked me into purchasing an upgraded Gorell door that had "Energy Master" glass with a life time manufacture warranty and 2 year labor warranty. The first install went fine and the door looked great, only issue was that all the drywall around the window had been cracked really bad and repair wasn't covered. A few months later water was pouring in the house from the bottom of the door, the company was responsive in sending someone out to fix it, claiming that the first installers must have blocked the drain??? Then within the first year the "Energy Master" glass started breaking apart between the panes of glass I called to tell them and was told the company that "owned" the warranty went out of business and there was nothing they could do to honor that warranty that would have to PURCHASE another door, they might give discount on labor.

They did a good job. Service workers were excellent and knew their business.

Their estimate was the cheapest, however, they did not use Tyvek or any other water proof material under the siding. They did use foam which would have added some insulation behind the siding. There was also a low overhang part of my house with exposed wood that I wanted covered with vinyl. They were unwilling to complete that part of the job and since I had raccoon issues there previously, it was an important part of the job - if not the most important. Due to the lack of using waterproofing material and their unwillingness to complete the most important aspect of the job, their cheap price was not enough to choose them for the work.

Will County Siding was awesome! They arrived on schedule for both the estimate and actual work. The cost for the installation was exactly what was provided in the estimate. The individual who provided the estimate and the individuals who installed everything were very professional and they hauled everything away. We would definitely use them again!

Member Comment very professional. We had quotes from two different contractors. The salesman was honest and told us things we didn know and no one else told us. We never felt they were out to just make money but felt they really cared about our home.

Will Country Siding, they are pretty good. They came by about three weeks ago. They charged $50. They are very good. I used them once before. He came around the next day and he is a nice guy and he is good.

I called Will Counting on Monday about the blown off siding. Arnie said he can come out on the same day to estimate. But due to other priorities did not come on till tuesday am. Quote was a bid high initially. He had two guys out on Thurs AM and was able to finish the job in about 2 hours. The quality is good and professional. They offered two year warranty on their work. No complains except initial bid was high compared to others.

It was the first time I had used them. It went very well. I liked the salesman, he was easy to deal with. They got the job done fast and we were pleased with the quality and the look. I would use them again. They had reasonable prices as well.

We used Will County Siding to replace our existing gutters. They were prompt, personable, and did a good job. No complaints so far, even after we have had a few heavy rains.

They were able to come out the same day, that I called, to do the repair. Overall, I thought they did a good job and were very responsive.

they came out for my free estimate within a day or two and show me my option as to replacement windows.The windows had to be ordered,but it only took 3 weeks or so to come in.The crew that came out did a great job and even did some extra clean up that the roofers did not do from my last job. The finished window job looked great and will be sure to call this company next time I need more work done or my freinds or family needs work done.

My experience with Will County Siding was exceptional from start to finish!! Arne, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He was great about the entire process. Very prompt, courteous and professional. His siding crew was equally impressive. They showed up early every day and put in about 10 hour days. We have a 2-story home and they were completely done in 3 days. They cleaned up thoroughly, leaving nothing behind! Our home is the talk of our block. Everyone loves the beautiful new siding, but they also have commented on the professionalism of the crew. Will highly recommend to our friends and neighbors!!!
