terrible, he couldn't remember my name the appointment date where the throw rugs went totally screwed up the floors he worked on sprayed terrible smelling air freshner without asking first. I sent him home after 3hrs.

I reviewed this person already. I just got another "special Offer" in my inbox for this service and can't believe that they're marketing this nonsense! First of all, look at the reviews, he insults every person that does not give him an A. I was going on vacation and thought it would be nice to have a little help getting the place in order before leaving, which is why I purchased this "deal". His cell phone beeped every 5 TO 10 seconds..NOT EXAGGERATING! He started mopping my kitchen floor as soon as he walked in the door. Who does that? Ever hear of cleaning top to bottom? Clean the counters, then the floors? At the very least, sweep before mopping? I gave him my own cleaning supplies, of which he didn't use. Used some really nasty smelling stuff and bleach. He used bathroom scrubbing bubbles on my counter tops and stove top, I re-did it all! My 4 YEAR old daughter was playing happily outside the whole time that he was attempting to clean my house - but he says she was crying and I was frustrated? I was frustrated because I wanted you OUT OF MY HOUSE AND COULDN'T HANDLE YOUR CELL PHONE ANYMORE! He also go obsessed with my hardwood floor mop, 40 minutes, spraying, mopping, spraying, mopping. My kitchen is not large. I was losing my mind! So Miles goes on to say that I did a bad review for Free Service? The funniest thing I ever heard. I normally don't do reviews, but felt COMPELLED to do so after this mess. Can't allow this to happen to another person. Yes, I asked him to leave before his time was up. Go, get out PLEASE. The mission was NOT accomplished, I re-cleaned everything. And I never complimented on his prices. Maybe office cleaning is his gig. Just don't let him clean your house.

Things went fine and Miles did everything I asked him to do. The house was bigger than expected and he willingly made accommodations as a courtesy without charging an additional fee. He checked in with me throughout the process. There were things I'd have preferred he'd done differently differently but in fairness, I am not accustomed to having someone clean my house and was not as clear or direct as I could have been as a customer. Because of this, I don't think we made a good fit. I feel that his service was good and conscientious, but I need someone who requires less input from me overall.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the company not servicing my area. They were however, very polite and professional with me. They said they are wanting to expand their area, but they unfortunately can't service me at this time.

It went very well. Miles is a very nice person and very professional. He called us for an initial consultation to view our home to determine if he could satisfy our list of cleaning duties. Once we talked, he felt comfortable that he could complete all of the tasks we required within the allotted time frame. He called to say he was on the way the morning of our service. He arrived on time and was very polite. He supplied his own cleaning supplies, but we asked him to use our vacuum which he said was completely fine and our choice. Miles looked at our list of items to clean that my wife had detailed and put together for Miles to follow throughout the day. Miles told us before the cleaning that having a list would help him keep track of his time and tasks throughout the service time. Miles worked his way through our home room by room and as he cleaned verified with me that each room was cleaned to satisfaction. Miles was professional and polite throughout the service and he definitely strives to meet your expectations. If I felt something wasn't done as originally requested, he happily go back and make sure to finish to satisfaction. The 6 hours came and went faster than I thought it would, but miles did his best to get to all the items on our list for the service time. Once complete, we walked through the house to check everything out because Miles insisted that everything was done to satisfaction. Overall, Miles was polite and a very hard worker and strived to meet our expectations all day, and did a very good job. Thanks, Mario and Lisa

Miles was on time and is very good at his work. He started vacuuming first. This is a task that I wished he'd done last because dust from other work that he would do might get on the carpet. He certainly had a method to how he did things. I know I could have asked him to do the vacuuming last but I just went with his flow. He is a wiz at cleaning bathrooms. He was only able to do one because he is so thorough. Overall I had hoped he could get more done in three hours. He volunteered to do another bathroom but I declined because he worked the number of hours of the deal. After he finished and left my house he rang my doorbell again. Somehow I thought this would happen and I felt a little uncomfortable. He said he left some of his materials. I led him up my stairs to look but He looked and he did not find any of his materials. He called later to apologize but it still felt a little odd to me.

I had to ask him to leave. He only brought an old mop that left fuzz all over my floor. After two hours in the bathroom, it was still not clean. He is a pleasant person that I do believe tries, but he did not do the job.

Mr. Miles or Kevin as he insists, called a couple of days before to confirm our appointment and he arrived promptly at 9am. He started with the kitchen first, then the bath and finished with the laudryroom before moving outdoors to the garage. He was done by 10:30 and moved to the garage and had completed it by 12:30.

Kevin was very pleasant to work with and strives to meet client's expectations.

Miles called to schedule my appointment within a couple days and continued to reach out to me until a cleaning was scheduled. Miles arrived early on the day of the appointment . He was professional and courteous at all times. He was a very likeable guy. He asked me what needed cleaning and I gave him a written list as well as verbal guidance. I must express that Miles worked very hard nonstop for the four hours that he was scheduled to clean my house. He vacuumed the living room carpet at least six times. He brought his own bag of cleaning fluids and cloths. I provided the vacuum cleaner, mop, and bucket. Miles wiped down the living room tv/DVD stand, DVD player, tv, 3 side tables and polished the tables Miles vacuumed the dining room carpet and dusted and polished the dining room table. Miles swept the stairs leading to the 2nd floor, mopped the bathroom, short hallway, and small bedroom. Miles wiped down the mirror in the bathroom, thoroughly cleaned the toilet, and wiped down the tv, clock, and DVD player in the small bedroom. Miles mopped the floor in the kitchen and I stopped him from cleaning other areas in the kitchen that did not need it. Miles was a great guy but did not seemed to have any special skills or products that were better than what I would use myself. When Miles mopped the floors, he did so without sweeping first. Miles kept asking if there was anything else I would like him to clean but I don't think he really looked at the cleaning list I gave him. When Miles left I took a very close look at the areas that he had diligently cleaned. All glassy areas were left with a film or residue. To me this means all the areas he worked so hard to clean we're not really clean. But again he was a very hard worker that worked diligently nonstop to wipe down the house. He did a really good job in removing the dust from the many areas in the house.

Miles arrived well before the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. He was very polite and professional. He arrived with cleaning tools and a vacuum. He asked me what I wanted I him to do and I explained all that I needed to have done. He did all that I asked and more. He took the initiative to do what was necessary. He worked with very little conversation. He accomplished quite a bit in the 4 hrs. that he was at our condo. He cleaned the bathrooms, he vacuumed, he cleaned the fireplace and he clenaed the woodwork in our condo. After all of that, he asked was there anything else that he could clean. I would definitely use his services again. I highly recommend!!!

I was most reluctant at first in making the initial call because of the work I knew I needed done and not having the time or energy to perform it myself. In fact I was fully expecting to be told that I would have to call another company to perform the more troublesome tasks I needed done. After our meeting to review the job, MM&M took it on without a hitch. All the work was performed in a day with only a short lunch break; in by 8:30a as agreed and out by 2:00p which was before the estimated time 3p. What totally surprised me was that when I went to check on the progress, Mr. Miles had already completed my to do list and had made a nice rearranging of the room, completed the windows, ceiling fan and finishing with the night stand lamp before packing up and clearing out. I was only too pleased to tip him as I had done before. In the process of discussing the possibility of getting help with some spring cleaning, I mentioned future contracts with the basement and garage which Mr. Miles was open to, "just give a call whenever you're ready".

Kevin arrived early got all the work done without taking a break, very professional didn't stand around small talking or texting or using the phone. Friendly and courteous service as usual. He had cleaned up and was packed and ready to leave before I realized it. We both walked through the house for inspection and touching up small details.

Kevin, the maintenance person was very detailed in his working performance throughout the house. Very experiencing and pleasant worker. A real joy to work with.

MMM was called in answer to an advertised add in a local publication The Villager. I interviewed the owner, Kevin, over the phone where he informed me about the services and costs. We set up an appointment and he showed up 10 minutes early and did not leave or take a break until everything was done 4 and a half hours later. After I showed him what I needed done he was off on his own. Now my home is ready for the holidays. I would highly recommend Miles Maid and Maintenance to anyone needing cleaning services and do not have the time or energy to perform them.
